Cashier must have hearing issues. Forgot add ons that I stated I wanted on both mine and my father’s coffees. Atmosphere didn’t feel warm and welcome. Felt like everyone hated their job. I smiled at the cashier and asked how her day was to lighten the mood, but she didn’t even respond to me and just stared at me with a straight face waiting for me to give my order. Like sorry for treating you like a human and not a machine…

We ordered 2 $6 meal deals from the app and placed order when I left the house. We live within 5 minutes from the Dunkin. I pulled up in the drive thur and was given my order quickly which was fantastic. I wish in I could say the same for the food. The breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns were cold and felt like they have been left out for hours. Hashbrowns only had 5 in the bag each. It was ordered at 9am. There were only 2 people in front me at the drive Thur so they weren’t packed. For a business to have opened up within a year and is already giving out food like this. I don’t expect them to last long. Don’t recommend coming here. Go to Chick-fil-A next door.

Despite being a donut shop they never seem to have donuts past 7am, which is insane. They don't know what a latte is and keep just giving us iced coffee. What is the point of a don't shop if they never have donuts?? Just to to Martin's instead.

This is the fifth time I have given them a chance since they opened.. at this point is the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. This morning was no exception, I just wasted almost $7 on garbage coffee, ice cold old hash browns, and a rubbery English muffin with hardly any butter on it. I will never be going back to the store, I'm not rich enough to keep wasting my money like that. This store has ZERO consistency. It is only this store, the one in Lavale has never let me down.

This is the 4th time I placed an online order and when I arrived to get my order they did not have what I ordered, the previous 3 times I just took what they had left, but I found out through some people who work at other dunkins that they can go into the system and tell it that they do not have any more of an item and it will show that in the app. The reson they dont do this, in my opinion, is so when you arrive and they don't have the item they can try and pawn off whatever they have left in the store. I refuses this time and was asked to contact customer support for a refund. When I called customer support I was told I had to talk to the manager...the one who told me to call the customer support in the first place. And that it would be 8 to 10 buisness days before I was contacted. Even more bs.

Very nice place it was clean I was greeted fast and had my order done in minutes the iced coffee was perfect the wake up wraps were fine and for 5 dollars that's a deal

Yea so went to get 2 drinks and 25 donut holes. They only had the tea lemonade btw it is trash. I asked for my money back they said no go through the app. Manager was rude another customer was yelling in the place my guess another bad experience. They need to do better it’s only been open not even a week.

We placed an online order. On the app, it did not say unavailable for any items. We ordered the Sabrina drink, bucket of donut holes, and a tea lemonade. At the window, we were given the wrong drink. We told them and they took it back (duh). We were then told they had no donut holes, and they were out of the refresher for the Sabrina drink. So we asked for a refund for those items. They said no, we have to go through the app. Through the app it offered us 500 points enough points for 9 donut holes 😦 or one drink, not even the drink I wanted. Also the tea lemonade is gross. I would add photos but I didn’t receive them. do NOT recommend.
