Pizza was ok but the wings didn't have much meat. The real problem is that they up their prices and didn't change meal or website so it was $10 more than we expected. Those wings with no meat isn't worth $2 each. BEWARE prices are higher than advertised!!

Classic takeout pizza in my opinion, a little greasy and sloppy sometimes but hot, cheap and cheesy. Asked for extra hot peppers on the side and got a container full.

If they didn't have the mega pizza and really good wings, the review would be lower. I have come to this establishment several times, always eager to give them a second chance. They are so understaffed and overworked that the orders are never right. They make at least one thing wrong, or forget something entirely. Delivery is an absolute no go, don't expect your food until two hours or more after you order it. I'm tired of giving second chances, this is ridiculous. 4 years and I can't do it anymore.

First time visiting this place and I must say, I'm not exactly sure what the attraction is.
I was asked to pick up an order placed online by someone else and have to say I think this experience has left me grateful I've not bought anything here.
When you walk in, there's a small sitting area and a drink tower near the register. The cashier was on the phone helping a costumer and the view was an awkward angle of the kitchen and another side door.
These things, being the first to observe, held me in shock.
The drink area was questionable, and did not appear very clean and this appeared to be the vibe throughout.
Employees making contact with surfaces and each other while prepping food is an immediate concern.
The person coming through the back door and making their way through the prep area did not make things any better. Each of them conversing as no one else was around.
When the cashier was finally able to communicate with me, I felt aghast.
Her attire, and that of others working felt unprofessional. Her body language and demeanor was distracted and impersonal. She was not able to locate the order on the computer right away, due to being made online.
Fortunately, it was ready.
Before leaving, another costumer approached and asked for a spatula to serve their food, only to be told they did not have any, offering plastic utensils from the drink area.
These did not look like they were wrapped in any way, so it further brought down the overall feeling of not being very sanitary.
The person I picked for up for seemed satisfied with their order, which was a benefit.
I am sure they have their fair share of costumers. I am, however, positive I'll not be one of them.

3 orders of chicken tenders and fries is $50?!?! They mess up the order they just tell you it is your fault for not checking the order. Been a long time customer but not anymore, service has been on the downhill slide for a while now.

So I got $50 oder for delivery and it took over 2 hours to get it and then when we did finally get our food it was terrible and cold!!!! Never getting food from there again!!!!

Pizza is normally good but yall gotta chill with the cheese! If I wanted extra cheese I’d ask for it.. I bet there is 3 pounds of cheese on my medium pizza.

The crust is over cooked, the pizza itself is greasy. So it's like eating cardboard covered in oil. It takes an hour and a half from call to delivery, so then it's cold. I didn't think you could mess pizza up this bad. Then the attitude, so we don't call and complain because of the attitude. This is the third time we have ordered since we moved down here. It will be the last. I would rather eat little Caesars at this point.

I love Gianni's pizza, but the service and speed at the Cumberland location has been terrible over my last few visits. After waiting nearly an hour for a pick-up order of 2 large pizzas today when they had almost no other orders, I won't be going back. When I called in, the customer service was poor and I should have known it was going to be a bad experience. No acknowledgement from staff and no sense of urgency as I waited. I hope management is able to review this and others feedback and make improvements with staff.

They put you on hold forever, we ended up ordering from somewhere else because we couldn't get through and the online ordering doesn't have all the specials as an option. Food is great though when we can get it ordered.
