This place went downhill. I ordered two pizzas to be delivered. It came after 1h20m and the pizza was hardly lukewarm. I tried calling back and I was almost there before they answered. took the pizzas back and they tried to argue with me. Wasted nearly 2 hours as I still had to figure out dinner.

Driver peeled off while I was trying to get their attention, on camera and with multiple witnesses who were also trying to get their attention for me. I called the store, and the manager argued and argued that there's no way, called me a liar on the phone call, and talked over and interrupted. When I asked for their supervisor or any contact info to register a complaint, they LAUGHED at me and said it's not gonna happen. Ever since Sonny and Kim Robertson sold this business, it's gone downhill. They wouldn't let me sign for the order I paid with a signature-required credit card, and even said they throw the slips away and that they REFUSED to let me sign for the order, claiming it's all digital only and the receipt is in the email. Manager threatened to come to my house and got belligerent. I have kids, some of which are majorly disabled. Speeding drivers that don't pay attention to people around them yelling and trying to get their attention, and managers that threaten "I'm gonna leave here and come over to your house right now and solve this" aren't exactly a safe-feeling experience, and honestly should be viewed with caution. Overall, a bad experience from a place that USED to be good. Being busy is no excuse to not let someone sign a receipt (no way to guarantee they won't fill whatever total and tip they want, which is WHY you sign for the order), or to speed down residential streets with a 25mph speed limit.
Food was excellent though, credit where it is due.

Food over all is pretty decent I had the Stromboli honestly not bad, when I called them to ask about job employment opportunities tho its interesting to say the least the lady on the phone had no clue if they were hiring and when I ask if I could talk to someone about it she just said no again wouldn’t tell me where the manager was so I could talk to her either didn’t realize this was a big secret processed to sit in silence for about 20-30 seconds before I just hung the phone up

Food is great as well as driver but the lady that answers the phone is the reason they loose a lot of money. She is very rude and short tempered. She can’t regulate her emotions when they are busy so although I like the pizza and wings it’s not worth paying for horrible customer service.
Don't know how the food tastes yet but it will be cold by the time I get home. They left out part of my order causing me to drive an additional 40 minutes and then didn't say sorry or try to make it right. Place is dead silent, no air conditioner and people at the front are rude

Quiet, quaint friendly place with awesome staff. Pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, ff, cheesy breadsticks, fried mushrooms & Italian subs were all top notch!!!! I’d drive 3.5 hrs from the eastern shore to eat here again

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and stuffed jalapeño peppers. The deliver person delivered it to my hotel room earlier than expected and was super polite thanking me for my order.

I preferred well done wings, they came rubbery and pink in the middle. Do better.
