I ordered delivery from here and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall.
The person who took my order on the phone sounded irritated and gave very little information about timing. I was told “as soon as possible,” which ended up being about 45 minutes, even though I live very close to the restaurant.
When the food arrived it was lukewarm and I had to reheat it myself. The bread seemed stale and the food quality was not what I expected. I tried to eat it but couldn’t finish even half.
The delivery driver was polite, which I appreciated, but the food quality and customer service need improvement. I wouldn’t order again unless those issues were addressed.

I love hartleys. I've traversed more than 30 states and tried pizza in at least half of them, grew up in Chicago. If you want quality, fresh, dough cheese and sauce, this spot is not going to let you down. I'd dare say, their food is made with love

The pizza was really good. It hit the spot. I got a pepperoni pizza and also a cheese pizza. Both were great. The service was good. They were quick in getting it ready and they offered help taking it to my car. Very kind people!

I have enjoyed Hartley's pizza, and wedgies for a long time. I recently ordered delivery, and was pleasantly surprised that they now accept cards for payment as well as cash. The food arrived quickly and was fresh and delicious.
No longer cash only, they now accept cards. A great change of pace from all of the chain pizza places in the area. A square cut Champ pizza can easily feed 4 people with leftovers for the morning. Wings were also very good. Prices are very fair & reasonable. Service was fast, the last two times we ordered the pizza was ready in under 15 minutes. Staff was friendly. I'd consider this a must visit location when you're staying in Cumberland.
