15 minute wait on chicken is horrible customer service. If I'm spending over 30 dollars I expect my food to be out and ready! Will not be back here again!

I got a bucket of chicken, no sides. A couple of the pieces were good, but most were not. They tasted like old rancid grease. I should have gotten a receipt, but didn't. The quality of food at this location has been going downhill. If I go there again, and the chicken is as nasty as it was this time, I won't go back. Everyone is entitled to an off day, but only once for my money.
