What is the actual time that the Cumberland store closes ? I see the Lavale store closes at 10p.. this store always seems to be closed in evening even though all the lights are on. It was approx 815pm this evening , in past it’s before 8p. I’m done trying to patronize this business — always closed or out of product! Ugh!

Food was raw. Apparently there was a mouse or some time of rodent in the kitchen. My family and I had to wait around an hour just to receive our drinks and they forgot my daughters. Just a mess, some workers looked 19-21. Do not recommend the chicken basket. I would recommend Lions Club.

If you would’ve asked me before today, what I thought of this location, I would have said that it is the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced from any restaurant and the food was disgusting but today I can probably say whoever they hired to take over the store and get it back into shape I believe her name is Olivia The most kindest employee that I have encountered at this particular location only that she solved my problem but offered to do over and beyond to fix the issue with my problem. Also, the two women working with her were very kind as well. I’m so happy to see that they are getting new employees in there and hopefully soon people will know that it is not the same KFC as before that they are working hard to give out good fresh food along with a great smile !

I just love how every time I order nuggets or tenders I don’t get any sauce I pay for. Yes KFC I love eating chicken with no sauce and to wash it down with a biscuit with no jelly.
I'm waiting and drive-thru about 15 minutes just for fries, she apologize for the wait. I said it's okay on my way home. Found out I didn't get my soda lol have to drive all the way back to get my soda and she was waiting again and said sorry. Long time wait and the chicken was cold. Bottom of chicken 12 piece chicken box was black grease 1/2 in thick disgusting never going back.
