If you would’ve asked me before today, what I thought of this location, I would have said that it is the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced from any restaurant and the food was disgusting but today I can probably say whoever they hired to take over the store and get it back into shape I believe her name is Olivia The most kindest employee that I have encountered at this particular location only that she solved my problem but offered to do over and beyond to fix the issue with my problem. Also, the two women working with her were very kind as well. I’m so happy to see that they are getting new employees in there and hopefully soon people will know that it is not the same KFC as before that they are working hard to give out good fresh food along with a great smile !

I just love how every time I order nuggets or tenders I don’t get any sauce I pay for. Yes KFC I love eating chicken with no sauce and to wash it down with a biscuit with no jelly.

I'm waiting and drive-thru about 15 minutes just for fries, she apologize for the wait. I said it's okay on my way home. Found out I didn't get my soda lol have to drive all the way back to get my soda and she was waiting again and said sorry. Long time wait and the chicken was cold. Bottom of chicken 12 piece chicken box was black grease 1/2 in thick disgusting never going back.

Ordered Drive thru (I miss them "It's a great day at KFC days) Ordered food. Asked for butter and honey specifically in the drive thru and the brownie was new to me so I ordered it as well with the family meal. Checked my receipt and was charged for individual brownie instead of with family meal, not a big deal couple bucks difference. I was trying to point it out to the manager to avoid further confusion and he was reeling about the promo stopped and he has to check to see if they are still doing it....umm you claim you're the manager but you don't know? Anyway, I mentioned it was still on the menu. He came out and handed me 2 bucks in quarters and said here's the difference. Like they didn't have bills? Got my food after a 15 minute wait. No butter, no honey, and to boot got home and no brownie. I went back and got my brownie with no problems, thankfully. That's the only reason I gave a two star. I used to work at KFC and the standard was much higher. Still rooting for yas to get it together. Food got a 3 because there was still uncooked breading on the crispy chicken... And that's just laziness. My wife is a texture person and couldn't handle the soggy breading. Com'n y'all.
