If you would’ve asked me before today, what I thought of this location, I would have said that it is the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced from any restaurant and the food was disgusting but today I can probably say whoever they hired to take over the store and get it back into shape I believe her name is Olivia The most kindest employee that I have encountered at this particular location only that she solved my problem but offered to do over and beyond...

I'm waiting and drive-thru about 15 minutes just for fries, she apologize for the wait. I said it's okay on my way home. Found out I didn't get my soda lol have to drive all the way back to get my soda and she was waiting again and said sorry. Long time wait and the chicken was cold.

So bad for you but oh so good when you're hungry. Hadn't been to a KFC in 30 years. Our server was pleasant and gave us extra napkins, sporks and plates. (We took the food to our hotel) I like the original better than the crispy. Gravy and potatoes were hot and I liked the coleslaw.
