My best friend and I stopped to have dinner here. I'm not local, but all of my paternal relatives are. Every trip I've made to the area, I've passed by here and was excited to try this restaurant. The waitress seemed like she had an attitude from the moment she walked to our table. When I asked her how one of their dinners were made and what ingredients were in it, she told me she didn't know, she didn't know what I meant, and it was homemade. She never offered to go ask the cook. My best friend ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. She was brought spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered a crab cake dinner. It smelled like fish and tasted like it had salmon in it. The serving for mashed potato was about the size of an ice cream scoop. And the tartar sauce tasted odd. The waitress wasn't very attentive, and never offered us or asked if we wanted dessert, so we assumed they didn't have any. We saw the case of desserts on our way out. I enjoy traveling and trying different places to eat. I try to be very understanding, but I was very disappointed all the way around with this one. We went to D'Atri's Restaurant for dessert. It was wonderful in all aspects.

It’s a classic 50s dinner experience. Nice wooden finishes and interesting photos around the place. I had the turkey club and it was really good, with a skewer to keep it together. I went with a friend to get to know them.

This is one of the oldest establishments of Cumberland, MD. Table waiting staffs are very courteous and accommodating. Compared to metro areas food quality is top notch and prices are surprisingly low. Also, the mountain view from the parking lot is very photogenic.

Pros: Great prices and serving options. Breakfast is served all day. Busy, but promptly seated.Need to improve: Overcooked, under seasoned food. Table was ignored once food served, even when attempting to catch the attention of the staff.I will probably go back to give it another chance seeing as it's so popular to locals but I can't recommend Kline's after my first visit.

Good old fashion diner. Looks small when you walk in, but there's a large side room with plenty of space. One of the only places in town that offers biscuits and gravy daily. If your looking for a big harty meal or carb loading for a long run or bike ride get yourself the Ulimate Breakfast! You won't be disappointed.Great place to get yourself an classic American breakfast in town for a great price and friendly service.
