We have dined at the Lakeside Grille many times before this visit with similar results. The food is always excellent, however, the service has always left something to be desired. This visit, was a Sunday afternoon. My wife asked for coffee and she was told that none was made and when she asked if they could make more, we were told no. I ordered a mixed drink that comes with a lime. When it arrived there was no lime. The waitress said they were out. Really?

Disappointed we did not get our reserved seating and was put in the middle of the dining room with a very loud crowd behind us and a woman screaming in her cell phone on a FaceTime call beside us. It's a shame because our food was very good and our waitress was amazing!

I had 3 dining experiences. The first 2 were wonderful. The last one there was a long wait for our food. People seated 15 minutes after use got food served before us. Didn't see our waitress and waited 25 minutes to finally get more water. There was clearly a malfunction.
