Very down home feel. Friendly, fairly priced, just what you want from a small town eatery.

They have great homemade dishes. Their service is amazing and fast. They have great prices (very affordable) and delicious food. My go to is usually the 2 pork chops dinner or platter(depending how hungry I am) The staff are all very kind. The only problem they have is a small parking lot. You won't regret eating there.
Parking: The parking lot is very small

Literally some of the worst food I've ever had in my life. My 15 year old sister can make food that absolutely blows Lindys restaurant food out of the water. Slow service, generic gross sodas, you get bepis not Pepsi. Avoid like the plague. Uncomfortable seating not changed since the 70's, because the restaurant makes such bad food and has such bad service they will never do well enough to be able to. Looking forward to the day it closes down.

We stopped in here on our way through back home. It’s a cute restaurant and clean inside. However the waitress was not attentive and did not get any refills even though she had time to stand at the counter looking at her phone. There were several other employees playing with their hair in the mirror by the kitchen and playing on their phones. The food was ok. It was typical diner food. The restroom is located in the basement and I didn’t check that out.

food + coffee was decent.
skip the cole slaw.
my servers were too busy sitting down, eating, and socializing to make me feel like a valued customer.
when my servers did interact with me, it felt abrupt and aggravated, as if they were annoyed to have to do their job.
this was my first (and probably last) visit.

Love their food....great home cooking....great staff, too
Walk in everyone just stares at us. I get it we are outsiders and all the others are regulars. The lady us to have a seat. So we did and finally about 10 to 15 later she comes checks on us. But before that the young woman had said to another customer "I guess I should go check on them" we got our food no refills or nothing. So I put cash on the table to cover the bill and sure no tip on it. We walked out

Sadly, everything changes these days. I have went to this restaurant since I was 17 years old. I am 70 years old now. We loved going there. But the last few times, and especially last week it was ruined forever. I can never go back. There was a very nice hostess waitress who has been there for 26 years. But the waitress who brought our food was horrible. She was rude and had a very ugly attitude. When the nice waitress stopped by, I asked her how was it that she was so nice and the other girl was so rude. She just smiled kindly. But the other waitress would not come by, give us drink, bring us ketchup, or give us any service. We had to ask a man who was working at a table. And to my surprise, he was as rude and unkind as the girl. We asked him why we couldn't get any service and he flew off the handle. I told him the waitress was very rude and had an ugly attitude and he flipped on us again. I asked to speak to the owner and he yelled that he was the owner. I was just shocked--I was an owner of a business for 27 years and I couldn't believe an owner would treat someone this way. I told him that we had been coming there since I was 17, but it didn't matter. He continued to embarrass us in front of other customers. I questioned him if he really was the owner, and he yelled, "You don't believe me? Why, because I'm young and white?" I was beyond shocked. I wanted to tell him, "No, it is because you are really rude, and that being white or young had nothing to do with it, but at this point-I simply said, "We are not having this conversation." Others, tried to calm him down, but his anger was off the wall as he tore into my brother and my husband. I never even got to ask him what had happened to their food. I was supposed to get a grilled pork chop. It was not grilled, was fatty, and bland, tough and tasteless. The ground steak, my husband got was horrible and the French fries were cold. We had already decided with the quality of the food being so bad and the prices that had gone up considerably since our last visit, that we probably would not come back. But it is hard to quit going to a place that you loved to go to. But after being treated that way, we can never go back. It is a very sad thing and I think the original owners would be very disappointed to see that their restaurant has turned into this.

If you like your fried chicken breast with a burnt exterior and frozen center, this is the place for you! The staff really did not seem to want to be there. Perhaps it was because I walked in 45 minutes prior to closing time.To this establishment’s credit, they did ask me if I wanted anything else. However, I still did end up paying for a plate of food I could barely eat.Did not even bother taking pictures. I’d recommend staying far away from here.
