Best soft serve around! We drove all the way from the eastern panhandle of WV to come here! Worth the drive!

Their menu is large. It’s hard to narrow down options but at the same time I really appreciate the options. It is a bit difficult to get into and out of their parking lot and parking is limited. Street parking is available with a shorty walk. Their prices are reasonable, average ice cream shop prices. They have a bit of outdoor seating which is nice for a sunny day. Their decor and atmosphere is fun. Overall a very solid stop. I would definitely visit again.

Livvy's is a super cute and fun ice cream place. It's all soft serve but they have additional seasonal flavors available. There's a huge menu with different shakes and sundaes, all with clever names. We will definitely go back if we're in this area again.

Been there a few times, one afternoon we stopped by the asked for a ex large milkshakes it came in a 16oz cup $7.19 thinking of not going back. Over priced must have been government ice cream.

This is a great place for ice cream. The menu is overwhelming so you may need to study it a bit before you order. So much variety of toppings and combinations of sweet treats. This place can get very busy but the lines will move fast. Parking can be an issue but not impossible.
Parking: There are a couple parking spots in their lot but you will need to watch for kids and pedestrians. Street parking is available and also some across the road.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly Staff and lots of sugar for the kids.

They shrunk the portion sizes it seems, got two medium cones and they were slightly less than what a small used to be. Regardless of this, the quality of the ice cream, speed of service, and the fact it's a small business that is striving outweighs my need to be nitpicking.
