Food was barely warm, fries cold. Decided on dessert and no employees to be seen. Ordered from kiosk. Still no employees. After waiting (just for a piece of cheesecake), I googled establishments phone number and called. After MANY rings, finally answer on other side of window. Raise my phone and say its us waiting for order on kiosk as there weren't any employees to be found. Note to self...never go to restaurant with no cars in the parking lot and no other customers inside. Never again!

I ordered the simple $6 fish basket. It was all fresh and the fish was so good. Reminds me of the old Arthur Teachers fish. They even have malt vinegar. And the cashier was so friendly and nice. Lord willing, we'll be back.

The worst drive through meal we ever got.The fish and chicken was old and microwaved so bad you couldn't bite through it. Instead of white flaky fish, it was a dirty grayish looking fish.The chicken was so stringy and tough. We rated it as a trash can meal and that's where it went. Never again LJS!!!

The Grilled Shrimp Meal was the equivalent of a kids' meal and the fries were warmish. Very disappointed. The shrimp, rice, and green beans were probably all of 8oz. if poured into a cup together. Felt like it should have been a bigger portion size for $11.69. It was good though. Loved the hush poppies.
We were really excited to visit this Long John Silver’s while in town, especially since the one near our hometown had closed. We arrived at 10:45 AM, hoping to grab a quick bite before heading out, but the doors were still locked. Thinking maybe the lobby was closed, we drove through the drive-thru, where the employee informed us they didn’t open until 11:00 AM. No problem, we figured we’d wait a little longer and came back at 11:15 AM.
When we returned, the door was still locked, and the employee inside told my friend they still weren’t open yet. Since we needed to hit the road, we left without eating. There were no signs indicating any kind of temporary closure, and to add to the confusion, the sign on the door still said 10:00 AM as the opening time, even though we were told they didn’t open until 11:00 AM.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and we really hope the management addresses the communication issue. Whether it’s updating signage or ensuring employees are on the same page, it’s important that this confusion doesn’t happen again for future customers. We were looking forward to a meal here, but unfortunately, our visit left us disappointed.
