Wheelchair accessibility: Area is clean 99% of each time I go inside I use the ramp. Getting someone to the register. There are walk-in people now that the weather is turning nice.

Service here is hit or miss. Today I ordered nuggets and one of them had some fuzz on it that I picked off and decided to ignore. I ate another before noticing what looked like a pube in the box of nuggets. It seemed like they may have been dropped on the floor. I understand accidents happen but this is a pretty gross one. The fries I had were cold and staff was somewhat rude and seemingly on edge.

We had someone start to take our order in drive thru, and then proceeded to watch over cars go through the other side of the drive thru for at least ten minutes before just giving up and driving soenone else. The environment is nasty. The employees are rude and unfriendly. The store manager here obviously is terrible at their job and can't run the store effectively.

i applied there and they didn’t even hire me when i first moved here and i needed a job so bad and i still want a job and i hear nothing also it’s very stressful unfortunately bc a lot of junkies get high in there
