I go here too often as its near my home. Its typical McDonald's food. Gets busy at times. Line moves slow. My order has been a little off a few times. Every time I have brought it up, its been taken care of. But what makes this a 5 star McDonald's, is the employees I deal with while visiting. For years its been the same few guys and gals and 100% of the time they are the friendliest McDonald's employees I've ever encountered. Maybe the friendliest of any establishment I've ever been to. I cant shout them out by name as I dont know any of them personally. But I hope more people recognize their commitment to being decent people, if nothing else.

No Limit

Not only was I waiting for a hour and 13 minutes on my food I never received I’ve asked multiple times and had employees walk up to me and ask what my order was. I paid through the kiosk, which of course did not give me a receipt once they find my order in the computer I wait another 20 minutes and still didn’t receive anything so I walked out now I’m sitting here trying to call multiple times and I’m not getting an answer because I need my refund This has to be the worst McDonald’s around in this town I’ve I resolve this issue, I will not be back.

Poor service and food quality

Dirty, staff are bottom of the barrel type of people, order after order is wrong. Watched the drive-thru attendent hand my food to another car in front of me. The car in front of me rifle through my bag, hand it back to them and then the person hand it to me saying oh don't worry they didn't go through it. We can't remake it. Not like I'd want them to remake it after it took 20 minutes for them to make two burgers but wouldn't refund it either.

Service was very slow in spite of an empty restaurant and drive thru, but at least the order was correct. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

Service here is absolutely horrible. You will wait horrible amounts of time to get your food. They get your order wrong half the time as well. Came in here for my lunch break from work and I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food. As I got to the counter to ask for a refund so I could get back to work I saw them finishing my order and ended up asking for a to-go bag. There is no reason a fast food place should take this long. Worst of all, my deluxe sandwich barely has any toppings on it, was soggy, and the toppings were placed carelessly and messy. Never eating here again. You'd be wise not to eat here too.

Jen the manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. Half takes orders and leave cars sitting at the speaker. McDonald’s need to do better how can you have manager that doesn’t care about her own appearance representing your company? I’ll go downtown and wait in the line before I come back here it’s always an issue.

Dirty Mfer

Worst service ever. 16 minutes after my doordash order was supposed to be ready I was told they haven't even started on it yet. I have blocked this McDonald's from my doordash app and four other drivers have two and I recommend the rest of the doordash drivers blocking this store if they want to make any money because you're not making any money picking up at this store. If you deliver doordash from the store you're just doing McDonald's a favor.

Store and men's bathroom are filthy. NO SHAKES- big surprise, lazy manager didn't want to turn on the shake machine. Another customer asked for a bag and was told by a very rude employee that that employee was on a break.

Ordered through the app. Waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru line is one thing - then you pull up and they only have one person taking orders and two people serving who didn’t know what they were doing. Watched one of the workers make iced coffees and then promptly pour them down the drain. Seems really unorganized. Waited 5 min at the second window when my order was sitting right there. Manager and other worker not pouring coffees down the drain were walking in circles and finally they gave me my bag. No apology for the wait, actually they didn’t say anything to me at all. Food was cold by the time I got it. The management here seems extremely poor and I won’t be wasting my time here again.

Good food. Sometimes they forget an item or forgot special requests. Sometimes the driver thru is ridiculous. Over all, good food,decent employees.
