The iced coffee had no caramel and grounds in the bottom. When we asked to get them fixed, the cashier was extremely rude. She snatched the cup out of my daughter’s hand and stomped off. When my son asked for caramel in his caramel iced coffee, she nastily replied it was already there, but it clearly wasn’t. Worst McDonald’s experience.

Waited 30 minutes to get our food, and they messed up a only ketchup cheeseburger. Had to go back in only to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix my cheeseburger. I wouldn't complain, but I did this job and it's not hard.
