Worst experience i ever had. Many employees just goofing around. Our fries weren't ready so we ate our cold sandwiches. We had to go up to get the fries that they forgot about. The tea was behind the counter for some reason and when I went to get a refill I stood there while the employees just ignored me like I was invisible! I stood there for 5 minutes and then just left.

Just got back I have been going there since the 70's good food and exceptional clean but tonight ordered fish meal and it took aprox. 10 min. To come. The girl handed me 2 pieces of fish that were black no tarter sauce no fork I thought black fish looked strange sk I went to the table to eat bit into fish and was hard as a rock and burnt up. So I took it up to counter and she said we have none so we will drop some for you. I WENT to my table and waited ate my fries and potatoes and no fish ever came walked up to counter and there was 2 pieces of half black burnt up fish I said is this my food they said yes.I ate it it was burnt up and horrible anyway there were 7 employees there 6 of them were chi chating with each other it seemed that they just didn't care. I have NEVER had a bad experience there intil tonight. Iam very disappointed.

We've been eating at this restaurant for many years, but have noted an overall decline in the quality of the food, and an increase in the prices during the past year. This morning we were overcharged $2.30 on our order and when questioned, the cashier was argumentative and blamed it on how the register rings up the orders. Apparently there was also no manager present in the restaurant. The cashier refunded $1.69 and directed us to fill out a survey with our complaints. Then the $5.50 breakfast sandwich was cold. Will not be returning to Roy Rogers.

One of my go to fast food restaurants for lunch when im at work. Food is always fresh and of good quality. The employees here are always pleasant and quickly get ny order together. Love the sausage gravy and cheeseburger with baked beans as the side.

I've always been a low-key Roy's fan. Lucky enough to say I've worked for the company a millenia ago... Unfortunate that the food doesn't really taste as it did back then, but it is worth stopping for over some of the other fast food chains. And I tend to visit those mainly for a drink on a drive...not eating out very often. With that said, this Roy Rogers location is consistent even with it being among so many other choices. The employees are pleasant, receptive, and accurate. The quality of the food matches the service. It's wonderful that this company has limited its locations yet continues to outweigh their competitors.

First time we have ever eaten at a Roy Rogers and we were impressed. Our food was very good and hot. Loved how we were able to put on our own toppings. The girl behind the counter was able to easily answer questions about the different sandwiches. The only complaint was our milkshakes tasted like pure milk instead of strawberries and ice cream. Overall though it was great!
