No reason the employees should treat customers like crap. I’m hard of hearing and the lady behind the counter got an attitude like what are you there for If it’s not for treating the Customer nice. Then the lady at the register really had the nerve to triple check to see if my $10 was counterfeit 😂😂 but everyone else’s currency was good yea ok buddy.

I really wish truck stops would stop leasing their space to Subway. This franchise has been on the decline for years… and with so many better options available - I can’t imagine many people eat it because they really want to. They eat here out of convenience. I was about 90% sure my bread was stale just looking at it. One bite, and sure enough, it tastes at least 24 hours old. Probably much more. How is that even possible? Y’all are supposed to cook the stuff often and keep it “fresh” (it all comes in frozen) but apparently that is too difficult. If I can tell it’s stale just looking at it, how can your employee not know?

Not a big Subway fan, but options can be limited when traveling. Fortunately, this one has been consistently good every time I have stopped. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Located @ the Love's

Can be a busy truck stop, but the food preparers are young and have poor customer service. Just quit if you hate your job in food service. I don't know maybe doing TikTok video would be easier. Leave food service alone until you truly need employment.

I was forced to cancel my sandwich order due to the way it was prepared by a girl named Kimi.

First, she didn’t know what ingredients were supposed to be in the sandwich. Second, when I asked her to add them, she gave me a look as if I had requested something outrageous.

Third, a sandwich obviously requires a certain amount of time to be properly toasted, but Kimi decided it was fine to take it out after just 5 seconds.

Fourth, Kimi wasn’t actually preparing the sandwich — she was just carelessly throwing the ingredients onto the bread without any attention.

Kimi is neither professional nor qualified — not for preparing food, nor for working with people.

The order was canceled, and I got lunch somewhere else.

The boy attended me very badly and rudely, I went to order a subway, he was very hungry and when I asked he said rudeness and bad face and that made me very angry that he didn't get to ask for anything, I know that customer service can be exhausting, but we don't deserve mistreatment, we are all not to blame for you having a bad day, very disproportionately I left, I had never been treated badly

The subway cashier register team is so wicked to many of its customers especially me and my family even though do not know them from anywhere before and never been bad to them by any means.
They throw the food to us like they are serving dogs ..
They cheat on us with the cost of food!

They constantly show attitude towards my family because w e are many and big in size!
They are so hateful to us especially to my daughters for no reason.
They are constantly unhappy, upset, angry and so rude.
These cashier ladies look at my kids in a way that makes us feel so uncomfortable.

They go as far changing the prices of food just to make us not to leave the store even though we have nothing against them.
As a person of color, they treat me so bad each time I come in to buy subway food.
They reduce the quantity of food serving just because they don’t Like us.
They are so mean!

I pick subway over anything but not anymore. I always get a wrap and the new wraps are not wraps. Its flat bread bring back the old wraps.

Polite friendly employees, great restaurant. The Philly is a good sandwich with the default ingredients, getting it baked makes a nice difference. Nearly 13 bucks for it is nuts though, doesn’t compare to a sub for the same price at another chain.
