20 years of traveling and working in 46 states, this is THE best taco bell i have ever stopped at! Food was made perfect. Friendly people. And the restaurant was clean! Would absolutely return to the location.

This rating is only from my time doordashing there. You have to do better putting the cups in the bag so they won't turn over. Maybe you'll have fixed it since but I don't see it working if you can't fill the void at the bottom of the bag you can't expect to drink to stand up on its own. Just saying and nobody there that works there is responsible for it just whoever come up with the idea of putting drinks in the bottom of the bag when there's a void in the bottom of the bag that's not filled it's that person's fault

Usually I love Taco Bell Food. However I Had Dinner From There Last Friday And The Quality For Food Was Absolutely Horrible. I Ordered the Fiesta Potatoes And They Were Dried Out And Crunchy So I tossed Them. Then I Got The Spicey Potato Soft Tacos. They Had About 5 Potatoes On Them And They Were Horrible So They Were Tossed Also. Come On Taco Bell You Can Do Better Than This!

Rude staff that doesn't know how to lock a door when using the restroom then wants to yell at you in front of everyone Because you accidentally walked in. Maybe next time lock the door.

I am sort of disappointed. I've been living in the city now since 2017 at which time taco bell was my favorite place to get my favorite, Chalupas. Just like than years later it's still the same. I've never in all my years getting chalupas I guess you've changed the process of preparing the shell. The texture was great at other taco bells light crusty, flakey from frying it in a vat I guess that's how they were done. Tonight 1 purchased 1 chalupa Supreme and the shell was thin not fried, hard and oily it was a torture to eat but I was hungry. I can't afford to just throw food away. It was like a corn tortilla shell, thin like taco shell folded in half. I put it in the microwave to warm it up and I don't even live but 1 minute from taco bell here in Cumberland from where I received my food. After my first experience about 8 yrs ago and my experience now felt the same way. It really was awful. Just like than I tell people what up. I will do do the same.ì

Store employees kicked out multiple door dashers at 10 pm, while we were waiting for our orders inside. There were others inside, and the doors were not locked. Why is it necessary to kick us out when we have been here waiting for the orders for 10 minutes plus?

The staff are ignorant standing around doing nothing took 30 minutes for 2 tacos.. I work in the restaurant business and for the employees to act like they just did i would fire all but one guy who was making the food he was the nicest one in there ... and that drive through guy I had to stop my man from catching a charge.. disgusting ass people... and it wasn't late they were not busy hopefully their days shift have better . Manners!!!

Recently I have bought the box @ Tacobell , Chalupa with black beans ,bean burrito and a fried cheesey potatoes . Chalupa test very bad with just a spoon full of beans. looks like they are using frying OIL again n again. By looking Chalupa you can see black stuff on it. And same with potatoes. It tested like old fried stale kind . They should change oil often while fries potatoes and chalupa.
