Waited 1.5 hours for food and they never put in our order. Owner had the audacity to give us a 10% off coupon. Avoid this place at all costs!!! The owner’s response to my review is ridiculous for the situation!. Got there at 628pm left at 801pm. The waitress was at our table 3x giving sweet teas and beer. No excuses! 10% off is ridiculous. Our time is irreplaceable! Again avoid spending your hard earned dollars here. Take friends, family somewhere more worthy!

It was our first visit here and met up with a musician friend that’s a fan of this place. I was surprised at the wide variety of the menu. Very creative and elevated bar food with nice presentation and flavors. The service was first class and friendly.I did find the parking lot a little dicey. The interior is a little dated,but surfaces were clean. We will certainly come back. I’ve played music in a lot of bars, but didn’t eat at them because a lot of bars don’t have it together in the kitchen. The Balcony has quality intentions, and I’ve seen that at very few bars I’ve been to.
Quite pleased with the food! Wait staff did great but kitchen seemed to be running a bit slow the day we were there. Wouldn't mind if things were a bit cleaner, but overall a good experience.

This past weekend our family celebrated a milestone birthday at The Balcony. It was my first time at The Balcony, as I came from the other side of the state. The whole experience was excellent and the owners personally visited with us and our guests and clearly cared about how it was going. Their entire staff showed care and compassion and professionalism throughout. Food was good and beautifully displayed. Very nice place! Thank you Balcony staff! Wish you continued success.

My first and only interaction happened to be on taco night. Unfortunately, I had an hour wait for 3 tacos and the quality was so bad I wouldn’t let a stray animal eat it. 0/10 I would give them a 2 but I couldn’t get off the toilet and almost didn’t even make it home after i consumed this garbage.

Had the taco Tuesday meal, was incredibly disappointed. Wait time was over an hour for mediocre dining. Food was under seasoned, overcooked and generally unappealing. The bartender/server was only redeeming quality of this establishment.
