Poorly trained employees. When I asked to add a beef patty to my order, the cashier had to ask around how to do that. I was worried when one employee said to add a chicken patty, when a supervisor came I thought it would be resolved. I was wrong, they charged me for a full single sandwich and intended to only give me a patty. I pointed this out once I saw the receipt and the supervisor said that's how they have to do it, when I told her all she had to do is add a beef patty she told me they're not allowed to do that and didn't want to get into trouble. I explained I've been to numerous Wendy's and it wasn't an issue she said everyone else was doing it wrong. Needless to say I got a refund and went elsewhere. Costumer service was horrible, i have never been talked to in drive through like I was here. We waited a considerably lengthy time in drive through considering there was no one else in drive through or inside being waited on. Also, I asked for a sprite and got a weird tasting coke.
