Food is good but I definitely recommend ordering online because they never seem to understand my order over the phone. And the girl answering the phones has no idea what she is doing. Clearly needs more training

I have been ordering food from this place for years and have always loved their food. I have liked everything we ordered from here and so do my kids (which says a lot!). The shrimp cheese steak is better than any other place around! In addition to the good food, you can't find service like theirs anymore these days. I picked up my food and when I got home, I had the wrong sub. I called them to see if they would make a new one and they not only replaced my sub, they delivered it and I live way out of their delivery zone. The food was hot and overflowing. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Tonights dinner for the family didnt turn out so well. The fries were cold but the gravy was great. The onion rings werent cooked long enough. The cheeseburger sub felt like it was a hockey puck.

I mostly get the calzone. It is by far the best calzone in Maryland that I have found! The pizza is very good too, but the calzone, outta this world.

We have ordered from Bella Mia's before it was sold and after, we have never had any issues, our food is Hot whether it was picked up or delivered, the delivery guy is Great, we like him, and he has come to know us we order so much. We typically order subs, spaghetti & house salad is the Best. The people that answer the phones or cashiers are always nice to us, they have had construction for the Dine-In option, which is Good. Even so always clean.
