Had a nice dinner with friends and family. Service was good, and everyone's food was great. I had the catch, halibut, a generous piece cooked perfect.

My wife and I tried Harvest Thyme for the first time. We'd driven past it probably hundreds of times before. I'm so happy we decided to stop. We had the calamari as a appetizer and I ordered an Old Fashion. My wife had the crabcake sandwich and I had the Bison burger. We ordered desserts to go.
The food was seasoned to perfection and we enjoyed every bite. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. We plan to eat there again to try the dinner menu and one of their special dinner events. This is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal and/or sip your favorite wine or cocktail.

Happen to play Renditions on Saturday and was looking for a little dinner spot and stumbled upon Harvest Thyme. This was like Bob Ross said, a happy little accident. First off it was a beautiful day so we sat out on the patio, the owner Rik immediately helped us because there were people there right before us to clean the table, we started off with the Calamari & Buffalo wings and they were fantastic. The calamari were juicy and tender with a great dipping sauce, and the wings were cooked perfect and the sauce was excellent. The guys got a mix of the Bolognese, I got the Bison Burger, the chicken Milanese, and the PEAR AND RICOTTA STUFFED SACCHETTI, by recommendation from the server. The Bison burger was cooked to perfection, the Milanese was light with a punch of flavor, the Bolognese tasted like it had been simmering for 12-16 hours just soaking in flavor, and last off coming from a kid who grew up in Jersey to parents that are off the boat from Italy the Sacchetti; was one of if not the best bite of pasta I've had in my life. It was the perfect blend of sweet & savory to an unimaginable degree. Light Basil cream sauce with the Prosciutto, then the pasta itself. 12/10 everyday. I live in Hunt Valley and would easily drive an hour there to get this dish everyday. I can't say anything better about the pasta besides it being the best thing I've had pasta wise. Great place, great food, great staff.

Always a great experience! One of our favorite places to go on the weekend. Great wine, so many whiskeys, amazing food options, clever seasonal specials each week, and very tasty desserts. Lots of tables but call ahead during prime time and make a reservation. There’s also covered outdoor seating, if that’s your preference.

My daughter and her wife love this place, and for good reason. Excellent service. Upscale without pretensions, that is balanced with a tavern feel.
We shared some excellent calamari to start. Daughter had the pork chop, one of her favorites. From what I could see, cooked perfectly and had her literally gnawing the bone. Daughter-in-law, had the lamb loin, also cooked perfectly. My wife had Chicken Milanaes, which was fantastic. Light and fresh, I've never had anything like it.
I had the Bistro Ribeye with mashed potatoes. I knocked off one star for food for two reasons. The steak was aggressively seasoned but uneven. The first 1/4 had way to much salt. Also there was no sauce, which I should have realized, but when the other dishes looked so appealing I was presented with a steak and a dollop of mash potatoes on a plain white plate. That aside, I would highly recommend Harvest Thyme and look forward to going back. Everything on the menu sounded so good, one was spoiled for choice.

By far one of the greatest dining experiences I have ever had the privilege of partaking in. It was so amazing, coworkers and I returned three days in a row. Every appetizer, entree, and dessert we experienced was amazing. Special shout out to the amazing Old Bay and the Korean BBQ wings. Also would love to highlight the bone in pork chop, lamb shank, and any iteration of the cheesecake. Not to knock the peach cobbler...but the cheesecakes didn't last long enough to photograph.
And none of it would have been possible without a fantatic team of staff. From the hostesses, to the kitchen staff, the awesome owner (who specialized meals for one of our party on multiple days), and our absolute amazing server for two of the three nights, Alyssa!
Thank you all for an amazing experience. I fully plan on returning anytime I am in the area and even plan to routing some trips to the east coast through that way in the future.

Summary: My wife didn’t like and therefore returned a sandwich, without making a scene and planning to order something else, and then got publicly berated over it.
I hate to dock a restaurant with solid food so many points, but we had the absolute strangest experience with the manager of the store and I think it’s worth other people being aware. We ordered lunch and my wife got a steak sandwich. She had two bites, didn’t particularly like it, and sent it back to order something else instead. Naturally we try to avoid that happening, but everyone orders the wrong menu item sometimes. It happens.
About 3 minutes later the acting manager comes over to our table and starts interrogating my wife over how there’s nothing wrong with the sandwich. “In all my years of working here, I’ve NEVER heard ONE person complain about this sandwich.” I appreciate a man who loves his sandwiches like they’re his children, but we were just going to order something else instead. The food was fine, she just ordered the wrong thing. We explained as such. But after being harshly criticized over not liking something, my wife no longer had an appetite.
We requested the check instead. Upon receiving the bill, the manager returned, once again defending his prized sandwich that no one else had ever critiqued, and once again establishing that it was served as described and that he does not create food to cater to individual people. He just couldn’t let it go.
We once again affirmed that this was totally fine. He offered us a gift card for the amount of the steak sandwich upon a return trip, highlighting that normally they don’t offer refunds of ANY kind for dissatisfaction with food. All of this just because my wife didn’t like the sandwich.
We left the gift card. Hopefully he can use it to enjoy his perfect sandwich. We won’t be back.

Harvest Thyme never disappoints! I stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered their Caesar salad with the catch of the day. The greens were crisp and fresh, the shaved parmesan added the perfect salty bite, and the croutons were crunchy without being too hard. The fish was beautifully grilled, flaky, and flavorful – a perfect protein addition to the salad. I appreciate that they serve the dressing on the side, keeping the salad light and customizable. Service was friendly and prompt, and the restaurant has a warm, casual atmosphere – perfect for a mid-day meal or casual meeting spot. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, quality food and welcoming staff.

We attended the wine dinner tonight featuring Bodega wines. Although the establishment is very esthetically inviting, the food was the worst. Prawn was tasteless, ribeye steak was raw and excessively fatty. Lamb chop tasty but over cooked. Who serves sweetbread? The empanada was very tasty. Apple crepe, apples uncooked. The wine pours were very skimpy. When I asked for a second pour, told I could purchase a glass. Paid $135 for this meal. I spoke to owner who gave me a gift card. Nice but would rather have enjoyed this meal. Not the first bad experience here. Probably won’t return.
