I ordered the cabbage wraps and a cocktail. The cabbage wraps are a must. The mustard sauce is a show stealer. Excellent service James was at the bar serving and was fun to hang with.

I had some issues with my food. I had the crabcake sandwich, and despite asking and being assured that there were no onions in it, there were. First, the sauce had onions, which I did not realize until I put it on the sandwich and tasted it. The server was really nice about it and had a new sandwich prepared for me. This time I skipped the sauce, but the crabcake still tasted strongly of onions. It was a pricey sandwich at $24, but I couldn't eat it. Even without the onions, it wasn't very good.

Great service. Nice ambiance. We ate there twice in our 3 day stay. I got the cabbage roll appetizer and my husband got corned beef poppers. Both. Were. Amazing! Second visit he got bacon grilled cheese with tomato whiskey soup. He said it was great! I got a salad with turkey and it was just okay. But the service and people were amazing. And Oliver was so kind and friendly. Not sure if he is the owner or just a kind man. But he walked around and greeted everyone.

First, this restaurant is much improved. The interior has been updated & the whole layout of the dining room reconfigured for a cozier feel. And they have finally improved the lighting!!! There are now comfortable booths & tables, along with a couple of high top tables in the back for the younger patrons. The food selection is much better too. The last time my lunch group ate here we all admitted to having terrible meals. This time we had more sandwich choices along with some Irish food & I didn't see large, unappetizing chunks of unseasoned, under-steamed cruciferous vegetables on anyone's plate. I did try to get a Shepherd's Pie without peas by calling ahead; I'm allergic to peas. But even calling two hours ahead got me an unsympathetic no from the girl manager. So absolutely no special orders on the food. My Rachel Ruben was good, if greasy. Our server was too busy - something we've come to expect post pandemic - so service was on the slow side. The real beauty of this restaurant is the neighborhood bar atmosphere & the nightly live music by local musicians. I really appreciate the owners working hard to provide music. So come in the evening, have a drink & listen to some music. The food is safe to eat now, too, if not spectacular. I'd come for lunch or dinner more if they'd hire a real chef to oversee their restaurants' food. Still, this place much improved for a South County restaurant.

Great decor; friendly service; good music. Food is really good. Been here a few times - very consistent. Bar, patio snd main dining room are all fun places to enjoy a meal. Love the corned beef and cabbage; the ms. Shirley crabcake, and the corned beef popper apps. Pretty much enjoy everything on the menu. Did not love the vegetarian boxty: too many peppers and nothing else, but the potato pancake was very good.

1. Cutest restaurant that makes you feel at home in Ireland 2. NICEST staff and many are from Ireland. 3. THE FOOD! Wow is all I can say. If you liked corned beef, don't skip it! It is possibly the best corned beef I had ever had such tender corned beef ever. I got the reuben which was very good and their fries are awesome. I tried a taste of other friends meals and everything was delicious. I cannot wait to go back!

We love Kilarney House and have eaten there often. The last 3 times we have brought our service dog (my husband is a disabled veteran) we have been seated in the parking lot tent rather in the dining room even when we have made reservations. When we have asked to be moved to the dining room we were met with resistance and a raised voice from the managers. The last time this happened we were with a group of 21 and they wanted to put our table outside. Prior to this we were always welcome inside with the service dog.

My brother has been ranting about this place to me for over a year. Had the Shepard's Pie. Fantastic! The Irish Coffee was amazing. My niece ranted how good her chicken strips was. Got there right at the end of dinner rush. Signs indicated short staffed, but cleared out by the time our food came. Will be back.

This place clearly don’t appreciate their customer I had fat on my food a lot of it and I called to say something they not only mistaked me for someone last year which had me baffled they implied I was lying and I had to send a picture to prove there was fat on my meal. Shame on them honestly They clearly need to be shut down because of how bad they treat their customers and I hope God gives them what’s coming to them for how they talked to me today initially before I sent the picture. Before I sent the picture both the manager and the owner sounded off saying there’s no fat on our food repeatedly (several times) and then said you had this problem last year same time I believe (that’s when they mistaked me for someone else) then the owner after seeing the text of the proof sang a different tune too late and said I’ll take your word for it and if they took my word for it I wouldn’t had to show this very picture what a joke… i have better things to do than make up complaints bout fat I actually take care of people and took care of a lot of ppl in my past as well as caring for a dying dog in the last year and caring for a new puppy now so I’m sore, and I don’t deserve as a formal health worker and as a person to be treated this way. Very dishonest workers and trust me when you got a problem they will lie through their teeth saying there’s no fat and then confuse you with another person like they did me. It’s sad when you run a business and you don’t have that personal touch with the customer’s because when dealing with people you need compassion and not greed. Because greed you only think about money and not the person and forgetting there is honest people out there with genuine issues with food and your first complaint they run at the mouth rather than have compassion for you. After working in CNA (certified nursing assistant) at one point and now studying vet tech I realized how to have compassion for people and have a personal touch. To the point where your body aches and you say hey it’s nice to have a good meal somewhere and not have to worry bout cooking and you go somewhere where you remember having a good meal years ago like I did and after ordering several times they not only claim they don’t remember you they also mistake you for someone else and act cruel and lie. Honestly don’t go to this business there’s caring businesses out there and this is not one of them. They have no personal touch or compassion just greed

We usually come to the Killarney house for lunch. It’s nice to sit outside on the large patio bordered with flower arrangements. The food is very good, we like the salmon BLT and the shrimp avocado toast. The lunch specials are often awesome, especially when they have fresh fish. Service is very friendly, pleasant and efficient. There are good beers on tap, great Guinness ofcourse. Certainly worth stopping by if you’re in the Davidsonville/ Edgewater area!

This place is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. Whenever I I need a fair supper, this place comes straight to my head. best and many types of food and a large menu.trained crew, and nice mood. Also important, the pay is affordable. I tell about this spot with great pleasure.

The waffles are terrific and the staff was very attentive. Loved the music over the speakers! A nice gem in the middle of Davidsonville.
