It's a quaint beautifully landscaped winery that offers food from local curators. I'm not a wine connoisseur but the wine was easy to drink so no complaints here. You do get served in glasses which is a plus. However, It's best to bring your own setup such as plates, napkins, utensils, etc to make it easier to enjoy what they have to offer. You can bring your own food, which can be less costly. My only recommendations are that they need more workers on the public side, especially for holiday weekends/special events and it would be really nice if they had music, live or speakers, for a cozier ambiance. Overall, its worth a visit.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I became a member last fall after my first trip, they have a great selection of wines to choose from and the staff are amazing!! Such a great time sipping wine and looking out over the rolling hills.

We attended the Annapolis boat show this weekend on Sunday and had the best sales rep ever! She was so knowledgeable about all of the wines and personable as well. We hadn’t heard of Dodon Vineyards but will Absolutely be visiting as a result. Plus they’re dog friendly! We can’t wait!

One of the hidden jewels in the area. Tucked away off main roads. Even the drive up to the vineyard is great. The facility is well laid out, staff well trained and polite. Wines excellent. Bring a picnic lunch or some weekends they have a good truck. Last weekend Timber Pizza was kicking out some great food.

We love it there
Whom ever put blow 5 stars don’t know anything about wine or farm or service

The staff was very friendly. We got a full description of the property, the management philosophy and the wines. We enjoyed walking around to see the sheep grazing. Sustainable practices come at a higher price, but it was pretty expensive. Worth a visit.

AMAZING Collectors Tour & Tasting.
We started with a tour in the vineyard with Katie (she was perfect), she also showed us the barrels and explained everything about the wine making process, then we enjoyed the wine tasting, 4 tasty wines with a very nice plate of cheese and cold meats.
We decided to stay longer to enjoy the views, we took a seat outside, under the sun, with the vineyards in front, we got more wine and more cheese and charcuteries.
We met Tom, one of the owners, we loved being able to ask him some questions and provide feedback.
Thank you Denise for you warm welcome.
Thanks to Lucy, Hannah and Sloane for being that professionals and elegants.

The Vineyards at Dodon is a true gem. I was looking for a nearby winery to go to with my golfing ladies and found Dodon that was about 20 mins away. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The Vineyards are absolutely gorgeous. We had such an amazing time and we would like to make that our Go-To spot after golfing. We look forward to visiting again.

I had a lovely afternoon here yesterday without a reservation. All the staff was friendly. I tried both flights, the Sauvignon Blanc was my favorite. Brie cheese board was also good. Can’t wait to go back.

Vineyards at Dodon is a prime example of a business more focused on themselves than their guests. My partner and I were reminded multiple times that nearly every space is “reserved for members.” We were “invited” to sit at a giant 12 top table, then we were sat by our server outside only to move by the GM because the table was “reserved for members.” So grateful that they could accommodate us at a table inside next to the bathroom. It really added to the atmosphere. Their website claims the property is “intended to be a quiet respite from the busy world.” Yet the party seven next to us was far from quiet. Loudness must be a benefit of membership. A pretty pretentious place for a $16 glass of wine delivered by a server that lacked any knowledge to explain it. When we asked about ordering snacks, we were told by the GM that “most people have already pre ordered through the catering service, but we can find something for you if you need it.” The irony of the whole situation is that I can very much afford a membership, yet during every interaction not a single person explained how to become a member. Unwelcoming and far from the respite they promised.

"A hidden gem" as this winery describes itself is quite a stretch. Pretentious and stuffy for wine that tastes as good as box wine I bought from Target. Thank goodness for the pita chips, they were great.

I had a very nice time at The Vineyards at Dodon with Leash Free Living at our Yappy Hour and Wine Tasting Event. It is beautiful there with a very nice and friendly staff. The wine is also great. I highly recommend checking out this winery.

The Vineyards at Dodon is a wonderful gem in Anne Arundel County. The setting was spectacular & their facilities are immaculate. I had the sauvignon blanc which was light & crisp with a nice balance, and the rosé was surprising, slightly dry with a hint of cherry. Several of us shared cheese & charcuterie, marinated olives, locally made hummus & homemade crackers - all delicious. Bonus: This family owned vineyard embraces sustainability & environmental responsibility - from their agricultural practices to their serving room - no little disposable plastic things!! Hannah was a delight to work with to set up an event for our clients - Leash Free Living will definitely be returning!
