I asked for a steak and cheese and said no tomato or mayo on my sandwich and the gentleman got mildly upset about adding extra meat since it would make the sandwich look small when he did not have to since I ordered it without. I would have happily paid the extra. This place is unprofessional from my first time coming in. Completely micro-aggressive towards me and “joking” about if I paid for the food myself all while talking to my wife and not myself. Never eating there again. I see why the reviews in the last year are what they are. Horrible aura and vibe there.

I was in town visiting family, I was so excited to stop by and get a cannoli believe or not they are one of my favorite places to get them. I get them at all Italian restaurants and theirs is always 10/10. Today was a let down, he only put a little dab on each side. He didn’t even put a good amount because I could see right away that it was hollow inside. I’ve seen a lot of people talking negative about the business on a local FB page I’m on. Now I see why, the quality isn’t the same. So sad!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped in and tried the Italian Cold Cut — it was perfect! Fresh bread, great flavor, and everything was made just right. If I had one small suggestion, I’d love just a little more deli protein , but overall it was a wonderful sandwich. The service was friendly, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

We took a chance on this place and we are happy we did! Pizza is good and they deliver! We did have a situation where our pizza was delivered to the wrong house (the neighbors stole our pizza 😞) but they took the time to investigate and made it right! So if you are looking for pizza thats not dominos in the Deale area definitely check out Happy House!

Not sure why there's so many negative reviews about this place. We gave them a shot over Dominos and Ledos, and were pleasantly surprised. Can't speak to their other menu items.... but the pizza is great, prices are fair, and they deliver pretty fast to Franklin Manor in Churchton. I really can't ask for much more from a local pizzeria.

Do better. This place really never is busy and when ordering online if you're going to have a box asking for substitutions or anything they don't listen to it. I can't tell you how many times my order is wrong more than right. I hate having such limited options down here.
Gave us the wrong pizza during our pick up and then when we went back in to get the right pizza it was burnt as hell when we got home. Won’t go here again.

Won't be back. Ordered the simple cheese pizza pickup special 11.99 advertised they charged me 14.50. I'll stick to dominos across the street that does honor their advertised prices. And are cheaper.

I’m not sure what the difference is between stores but the location in Edgewater is fantastic! I’ve tried the one in Deale Twice and it’s like a night and day difference. If anyone is interested in trying this place please go to EDGEWATER. Stay away from Deale.

The lady who took my order over the phone was rude, and trying to charge me extra unnecessarily. I only live 2 minutes away yet my food was COLD. The bun was SLIMEY, the fries COLD, and SOGGY. They didn't even put ketchup in the bag. TERRIBLE
