Stopped by today at around 2pm today to order a pizza to go. Waited for 10 minutes at the register, no one came out. The phone rang, the employees didn’t answer it. Another customer came in and waited also, eventually we yelled back to the kitchen that we were there. The phone rang again. They didn’t answer the phone or come out to serve us. We chose to just leave. We could see the two employees eating and on their phone in the kitchen actively ignoring customers, didn’t feel the need to stick around to see how they’d prepare our food.

The pizza is not always delicious, but I saw the owner when I walked in and knew my pizza would be excellent today. And it was!

I ordered a lunch special pizza. I went into the restaurant to pick up my order that I placed. There a worker that walked past the counter twice didnt even acknowledged me at all. I had to say hey excuse can u help me. She brushed me off and said that she’s a waitress and couldn’t help me. After she walked off im assuming it was her manager asked me if I was helped and I told him know. He claims he was going to talk to her but I highly doubt it. I never had bad service until today. She flat out didn’t make any eye contact at all. The guy who was talking to me wasn’t concerned about it. Horrible customer service.

Solid pizzas and a few good pasta entrees. We get takeout at least once a week. We all love their cheesesteak. Square pizza. They have their own sauces. Salads are good too! And the blue cheese is one of a kind amazing. Huge chunks and just soooooo goood. I see I’m not alone on that one. We order from the app and it is usually accurate. Always been good to us over 10 years.

The food was absolutely horrible.I asked for fried onions.They put regular onions.It was slopped together.I called, I spoke with karen.She counterdicted herself several times she said because I ordered online and paid, it didn't come through.However, it showed up no tomatoes.So how come it didn't show up onions?She put me on hold and I stayed on hold 47 minutes.She didn't come back once.So I just hung up will not be coming to LEDOS IN DEALE/CHURCHTON again
