Never eating here again! Manager Dylan kept saying N word and acted as if it was ok just because there were other colored people working with him! Had to ask another employee who his name was to do this review. They were very slow! It was only me and one other customer in there at the time and i waited for 15 minutes just to recieve COLD FOOD! How is that even possible!? Employees where way to busy talking and walking around for it to even have taken that long! NEVER AGAIN

Had to ask another employee who his name was to do this review. They were very slow! It was only me and one other customer in there at the time and i waited for 15 minutes just to recieve COLD FOOD! My husband wanted Hardee's, so we looked up what we wanted. He wanted the Philly cheesesteak Angus burger and I wanted a big roast beef sandwich. Large fries and strawberry lemonade. Well when he got home I looked in the bag and he had a mushroom Swiss burger and ham and cheese sandwich. The strawbery lemonade and large fry was the only thing right. But the sandwiches where not what we ordered. I even wrote down for him what to get on paper. He went inside to order and said they didn't mention to him any changes. I know I should have went with him but didn't. Next time we will order from pizza king at least I never had a problem with our order there.
I used the drive thru and the gentleman taking my order was so nice and answered all of my ordering questions. I found out at the window that his name is Will. He even let me know that they changed from Pepsi to Coca-Cola and I couldn't be happier! The food was amazing! I'll pick them anyday over McDonalds! Trust me, I will be returning and telling others about how great my experience was. I work locally and it's important to save time finding something to eat that I can get close to work. Thank you again Will, keep being amazing and thank you for representing your brand so well. I will always compliment and encourage great customer service. Thank you again!

Worker taking the order didn’t say a word to us at the window. Not any kind of greeting whatsoever when handing the drinks or the food. Not if we needed anything else. Nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Chicken was NOT greasy. Breading not sweet. Good sized portions. Coleslaw was like my homemade. YUM. The person at the window was polite and very pleasant. My FAVORITE Hardee's on Delmarva.
