The place is dimly light and you really can't tell if they are open from the outside. The customer service was excellent. I ordered two hand breaded chicken sandwiches and the brioche bun seemed to be charred or burnt and the chicken looked a little old. I also ordered a large fry and the fries look like they were cooked in old grease.

I used the drive thru and the gentleman taking my order was so nice and answered all of my ordering questions. I found out at the window that his name is Will. He even let me know that they changed from Pepsi to Coca-Cola and I couldn't be happier! The food was amazing! I'll pick them anyday over McDonalds! Trust me, I will be returning and telling others about how great my experience was. I work locally and it's important to save time finding something to eat that...

Chicken was NOT greasy. Breading not sweet. Good sized portions. Coleslaw was like my homemade. YUM. The person at the window was polite and very pleasant. My FAVORITE Hardee's on Delmarva.
