Ordered a cheesesteak lunch special with the fries and drink. Price was great but when I went to eat my cheesesteak there was a bug in my food ! I called pizza pi to make them aware after I killed the bug and threw my food out because I would not eat. Pizza pi told me I had to bring the sub and bug to them. 1. I had a delivery because I’m working 2. I threw the food out after seeing a bug in my foodVery unprofessional!!! And rude !! I will NEVER order from them again

Your food was amazing. Great sized slices. The Philly cheesesteak pizza was awesome. Cinnamon sticks were great. Prices are really decent. The place was very clean, the customer service is the best I have encountered and we just moved back from Tampa, FL. The dark haired girl at the counter had a smile, offered to bring my order to the car as it was alot and just me. Handed her an additional tip, and she tried to turn it down, saying I already tipped on my order. Hey... you go above and beyond, you deserve to be recognized for doing a great job.
