I ordered a classic Roast Beef...I'm not sure if it was the sause or the meat..Something was bad..Went to counter and asked to exchange it..No problem, the cashier let me get a burger instead..The was dried up meat and sloppy...Didn't bother to go back. The cashier was awseome and the place was clean But very disappointed with both sandwiches.

I stopped in on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 to grab a quick lunch at the Drive-Thru. Server Chris couldn't have been more outgoing and professional if he tried. Often when I go to other drive-thrus, the employee taking my order sounds like they don't even want to be there. Not Chris! He's enthusiastic and exceptionally helpful. By the way Chris, the penny from my change that fell onto my car floor was indeed heads up. Thanks again.

Ordered thru app to pick up. Got there and no customers were inside. Food not ready. AFTER the sandwiches were ready, the young girl decided to drop my fries. She loaded the sandwiches in the bag, took 3 orders from people coming in, and then decided to finish my order. The fries were hot, but my au jus was not.

We don't stop for fast food very often but we were hungry and Arbys sounded much better than McDonalds or Burger King. The young man that took our order was great! I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, which was prepared very well, and our fries were hot and fresh. I would say this location is ran very well.
