We grabbed lunch there today. Ordered two chicken sandwiches. We were not able to bite through either sandwich. They were like rubber consistency. Absolutely disgusting and went directly into the trash. We called to complain and were told we would have to come back. Unfortunately lunch break was over at work and this was not possible. No refund or anything was offered. Not even a sorry - definitely didn't care about the issue.

I feel guilty about reviewing a fast food place but I just love their jalapeno poppers ? which I always get through the drive thru.
5/5 for best beef n cheddar sandwiches. That and the curly fires are their best side option. The main reason it's not a high five is the cup sizes for any non-soda option has reduced. Example being, the lemonades are reduced in sizes from large and big have been shrunk down to a large being a old medium.
Went through the drive through and waited for a long while and received cold food. My potato cake were hard and cold. For $20 my food should have been good. I am so disappointed
I went through the drive-thru and I saw food on the floor and had to wait so long for my order. I don't think they clean up and the fryer was leaking oil on the floor. I will never go there again.

They never remember the sauces through drive thru

I was in the drive through line for 30 minutes waiting for my food since the employees like to take their sweet time. I’m from the area and Arby’s isn’t usually slow but this was just crazy on how long I had to wait. I used to work in fast food and we were fast about it too but the employees acted like they didn’t have anything else to do in life. Either they need to wait until their break or when they get off work to be goofy, they aren’t getting paid to be silly at work, either work while your at work or don’t go to work. Pick one of the two.
