We love the American cold cut but you must tell them exactly what you want. We got one today with just ham & cheese & mayo. I might as well asked for a ham & cheese sandwich. They should know what goes on a cold cut! As much money as you pay i would except better.

I was just at this establishment and I overheard who I believe was the manager or owner talk so down to a vendor. Saying the most horrible things. You don't know what people are going through and for someone to speak to someone else like that is pathetic. The poor guy was hand carrying everything in and the manger/owner spoke to him so poorly infront of everyone! If he can speak to vendors like that imagine how he speaks to his customers. Do better.

1st time I would ever consider less than 5 stars. They advertised chicken and dumpling special. We ordered the special and also a cold cut sub. Sub was as expected but since when is a special a cup.

So amazing, fresh sandwiches, ice-cream, great employees.
We have been coming to Bullocks for more than a year. Usually when we pick up our grandkids on Friday, we stop for dinner and ice cream. This Friday (September 13) we ordered dinner, a fish special and a reuben. Usually our food takes 5-10 minutes but 20 minutes came and went and we were still sitting, waiting. My husband finally went up to inquire about our food. His fish was sitting under the heat lamp and the cook said "oh, we don't have reubens". So how long exactly were they going to let us sit there? The girl refunded the Ruben but gave my husband the fish that had been sitting there for 15 minutes. We left. We will NEVER go back. There was no one else in there so they weren't too busy to come and inform us. The service sucks.
I love this place I had a cheese steak sandwich add sweet potato fries and then had a blueberry cheesecake shake This place is amazing with very friendly staff I recommend you check it out
