Ordered the 2 for 5 whopper jr in the drive through pulled around and one sandwich was clearly made on a previously used old bun. Had melted cheese on it and condiments that obviously don't come on a whopper junior plus it was hard and cold. No apology I pointed it out and she handed me a new burger in the old wrapper I just gave them back. No apology, refund, free fry not even anything. She didn't even say a word handing me my burger like what?

Food was great and HOT! Big Fish was excellent - made to order. Spicy chicken was FRESH. Fries and onion rings were HOT -and freshly made. Only question was the large fries? Maybe there is only one size. Great stop as we are driving thru.

I have visited this location several times. Every visit has been a positive one. The drive-through team is fast, efficient, and always displays great customer service. They have never made a mistake. This kind of efficiency is very important for those who are in transit during long trips.

How do you get exactly what you did not want, and specifically asked NOT to have? What ever happened to the, "Have It YOUR Way," days BK??? "NO ONIONS PLEASE," should be taken as I don't want your onion rings Sir/Ma'am, and definitely not on my already cold burger, which is made even more so when you've recognized your mistakes and come to take the partially cooked meal back to "remake it" for me, only to remove the freaking onions, as if I wouldn't notice?!? Shame on you Sir/Ma'am.

This place is a rip off, I bought 4 meals and they said I could only have 2 barbecue sauces because only 2 of the meals have chicken nuggets. I told them I use sauce for my fries on the other two meals and they told me we don’t give sauce for fries, only nuggets. Corporate will be receiving a call from me. cheapos
