What a gem in Denton. The food was delicious and service was on point. I highly recommend the short rib putain. But everything we had was wonderful. Looking forward to returning.

Best dish was the devil balls; it had the most crab, was perfectly seasoned. Crab bisque was good, crab dip was just okay. I'd never order the crab dip again, not there or anywhere. Devil ball was better than the crab cake special. The pork bowl sounded interesting but was just ok. Some of the pork was fatty, the fries were okay but not the best choice for the dish. Mashed potatoes would've been better. I'd visit again, maybe in the spring because very few of the food items I saw on line were on the menu for the fall/winter apparently.

My husband and I had lunch with our niece on Sunday and we’re absolutely blown away the ambience of the Victorian home food to die for and service that could not be beat. If we live closer we would be eating there at least once a week.

The minute you walked in it seemed you stepped back in time. The restaurant was formerly home to the local doctor. It felt homey & the atmosphere was elevated cozy. Service was excellent, our waitress, Kaitlin was very informative and described the meals well. She came up with a savory mocktail that I loved. Food was superb, husbands short rib pasta dish special melted in his mouth. Everyone enjoyed their delicious dinners. Our other couple had the Smith Island cake and were delighted. A great place for fine dining.

The food is delicious, the servers attentive and nice wine selections. We frequent this restaurant because the quality of the food is unsurpassed in our opinion. The variety of dishes both on the menu and the various specials always provide for ample choices. It is a 40 minute drive for us and well worth every single minute of travel!!

This was our third visit to Caroline's, and I think it was the best. The menu featured several fall/winter dishes, all appealing. I had the Fall Salad, which was excellent, and my entree was Pork Shank Pie. It was a large, very tender pork shank cooked with sweet potatoes and apples, which was delicious! The service was also good. We enjoyed our meal and intend to return soon.

We LOVE Caroline’s! It’s close to home, so me and the other half can slip away without our teenagers. Every dish I’ve tried has been amazing. And if anyone asks this year, I wear a size Caroline’s gift card and will be giving some out!! If you haven’t been here, it’s a must try!
New to the area and tried out this place because of the rave reviews. The ambience and service was great and the staff was very nice and attentive. Food wise, we had the Devils Ball appetizer and then a couple handhelds. The appetizer was the best part, as it was flavorful and looked like the pictures posted on their social media with the only thing odd about it was the center was stone cold but, we were told that's normal. The handhelds we got sadly were a different story as we got their burger and Blackened Chicken BLT. Both came with hand cut truffle parm fries and while the fries were cooked well and has parm, there was not a single drop of truffle anything. I have and cook with truffle oil at the house and when we asked the waitress we were told that they use oil but there is no way they put any on. The BLT was good, chicken juicy and flavorful but the burger lacked ANY seasoning on the patties themselves leaving only the bacon jam to flavor the sandwich but, not seasoning the meat itself really made the food come out bland. Overall, it was okay and we we go back it's be for appetizers but probably not anything else going forward.

We chose to celebrate our 8 year anniversary with dinner at Caroline’s. We both started with the crab bisque and it was delicious, yet light. My husband chose the Salmon with Crab Fried Rice and I opted for the Strip and added Crab Cake. We sent our compliments to the chef more than once. I am not usually a lover of Salmon, but asked my husband to share more than once. The flavors in the dish complimented so well. Old Bay YumYum? YUM! Easily one of the best Crab Cakes I’ve had out at any restaurant. We decided to get the White Chocolate Raspberry Donut Bread Pudding to go- but not before trying a bite. Let’s just say we took less than half home. Service was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We can’t wait to return and also make it in for Brunch!
