Amazing experience all the way around. Everything was beyond our expectations and then some. Those that have been here know how good it is. And to those who have not experienced it yet, do yourself a favor and go see what you're missing.
The food was delicious š

After hearing many good things, we asked Carolineās to cater our Christmas party lunch and they did not disappoint! They offered so many delicious options and were wonderful to deal with. The crab dip and mini crab cakes were definitely the overall favorites! Robin delivered on time and also helped us set up. She was even kind enough to let us keep one of their heated travel carts throughout the party so the extra food stayed warm. We highly recommend everyone stop in and give Carolineās a try or contact them about catering your event. We will without a doubt be calling on them again!! - Signtex Lighting Inc

Last night was date nightā¤ļø Iāve been wanting to try Carolineās in Denton for a good while and finally got the chance, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Our server was Nicky(not sure of the spelling) but she was the absolute best and so helpful.
Shrimp toast to start and it was good
Steak & Taters for him with a crabacke. The crabcake was a 10/10 for me.
FO Chicken risotto for me and it was so good.
The dessert was a warm apple crumb cakeā¦. Heaven sentā¦ā¦..

December 2025. Quaint, cozy and an outstanding culinary experience. Very nice ambiance. Holiday drink specials were interesting and exceptional. The appetizers were delicious, especially the crab bisque soup. Food was well executed and flavorful. Met the Chef and highly recommend this restaurant.

Restaurantji Recommends
The Fall Salad at Carolineās is rich with smooth and luscious blue cheese. Clearly just cut from a block made by a true cheese maker. Not too much and not too little. So good. Thank you Chef!
(A big pet peeve is when a restaurant salad has cheese as a main ingredient and the cook has thrown on some mass produced, pre-crumbled, dry and tasteless cheese.)

What a gem in Denton. The food was delicious and service was on point. I highly recommend the short rib putain. But everything we had was wonderful. Looking forward to returning.
Best dish was the devil balls; it had the most crab, was perfectly seasoned. Crab bisque was good, crab dip was just okay. I'd never order the crab dip again, not there or anywhere. Devil ball was better than the crab cake special. The pork bowl sounded interesting but was just ok. Some of the pork was fatty, the fries were okay but not the best choice for the dish. Mashed potatoes would've been better. I'd visit again, maybe in the spring because very few of the food items I saw on line were on the menu for the fall/winter apparently.
This restaurant is a gem! My husband and I spent a night out and were seated on their cozy porch. The atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. We had the steak & taters and salmon fried rice. Everything was cooked perfectly! We will be returning!
