I have been getting my chinese fix here for years these past 2 times the food was dry and not what I ordered the older lady that answers the phone is hateful and barely allows you to get your order out I;ll be looking for a New Chinese fix So sad I use to love this place

Ordered the Pu Pu platter & Chickn Lo mein..ALL of it was tasteless..crab Rangoon=tasteless, chicken lomein=absolutely tasteless, egg rolls=tasteless, ribs=slight flavor, chicken on a stick=slight flavor, & chicken wing=ok..the fortune cookie had the most flavor out of everything..BE PREPARED FOR THE BEST TASTELESS MEAL EVER!!

I’ve been getting food here off and on for the past 15 years. The quality has consistently gone down. The last time, about 2 years ago was terrible, and I said I wouldn’t buy food here anymore.Well, I tried it again tonight 5-5-24.The food is so bad!!! I bought house rice, General Tso, and orange chicken.It all tasted musty! Like it was cooked with mold!I mean it this time, never again!!!!

This place has just gone downhill. Food doesn't seem fresh and has zero taste. We have been getting takeout here for 20 years and last night was the last time. It was absolutely horrible food. Very sad about this.

Terrible experience. Paid for food We didn't get, nasty rice. Terrible customer service. Really hope I get the call from the owner I was told I would get. Details - My wife and I stopped here on our way home during an 1.5 hour drive. We called ahead to ensure our food was ready (it was). The entire time my wife is attempting to order the lady on the phone kept repeating "is that all" in an obvious attempt to quickly get off at the phone. We disregarded this thinking it may be busy. When I arrived it was the same rushed atmosphere inside as it was on the phone. (I was the only customer). Again I disregarded this because they were 1.5 hours from closing. What really upset me is when getting home 45 minutes later we realized we weren't given our entire meal. We were missing half of one of our entrees and the entire order we placed for our son. (He's 3 it wasn't much). I called the store to inform them hoping they would apologize and offer some sort of compromise on the lack of food I paid for. The lady answered the phone, again rushed. Gave me hardly any time to speak after informing her of what had happened. She asked for my phone number and said the owner would call me. Nothing else was said. No apology, excuse, or anything but a big Ole unspoken "f" you I was given with the way she handled our entire experience with this business.will never eat here again.P.s. food was sub par at best.Update - surprise surprise, the owner never reached out.

Really sad to see the downfall of what use to be one of my favorite places to eat as a kid. Ordered the shrimp egg rolls shrimp fried rice and none of the shrimp were cleaned. Everything is so saturated with grease it’s almost inedible. Sesame chicken was alright but have had better. Will be taking a break from this place for a while.
