This place has just gone downhill. Food doesn't seem fresh and has zero taste. We have been getting takeout here for 20 years and last night was the last time. It was absolutely horrible food. Very sad about this.

Terrible experience. Paid for food We didn't get, nasty rice. Terrible customer service. Really hope I get the call from the owner I was told I would get. Details - My wife and I stopped here on our way home during an 1.5 hour drive. We called ahead to ensure our food was ready (it was). The entire time my wife is attempting to order the lady on the phone kept repeating "is that all" in an obvious attempt to quickly get off at the phone. We disregarded this thinking it may be busy. When I arrived it was the same rushed atmosphere inside as it was on the phone. (I was the only customer). Again I disregarded this because they were 1.5 hours from closing. What really upset me is when getting home 45 minutes later we realized we weren't given our entire meal. We were missing half of one of our entrees and the entire order we placed for our son. (He's 3 it wasn't much). I called the store to inform them hoping they would apologize and offer some sort of compromise on the lack of food I paid for. The lady answered the phone, again rushed. Gave me hardly any time to speak after informing her of what had happened. She asked for my phone number and said the owner would call me. Nothing else was said. No apology, excuse, or anything but a big Ole unspoken "f" you I was given with the way she handled our entire experience with this business.will never eat here again.P.s. food was sub par at best.Update - surprise surprise, the owner never reached out.

Really sad to see the downfall of what use to be one of my favorite places to eat as a kid. Ordered the shrimp egg rolls shrimp fried rice and none of the shrimp were cleaned. Everything is so saturated with grease it’s almost inedible. Sesame chicken was alright but have had better. Will be taking a break from this place for a while.

Horrible service!! Messed up our order. My son got one large meal with white rice and they couldn't even get that right. Gave a fried rice with seafood in that he can't eat. Guy wanted us to drive 25 minutes back to pick up white rice or bring whole meal back tomorrow uneaten then he would replace it. Or only white rice replaced whenever. Ummmm my son eats the food mixed together and is starving now!! Thanks for nothing!! Should have gotten what was paid for the first time when it was ordered. Plus they have over charged us in the past for items that came with the meal and charged them separately. The food isn't good here and I no longer eat here. I will no longer order from here. Centreville has a better Chinese place and its just about the same distance.

Absolutely disgusting food and customer service!! Was served old, cold, shriveled up chicken wings that was filled with grease!! Rice was overcooked with no flavor! Owner would not refund my money. Offered a replacement of the wings only because “the rice is good, i know the wings were bad”!! I do not wish to eat anything from them ever again!!!

The person I spoke told me that I could come back whenever and get a "free" order of wings. I agreed. Five minutes later I'd tried the rice and immediately called back to voice my dissatisfaction and how I was no longer interested in a replacement meal, I'd like my money back! The owner got very hostile and nasty telling me "bring it back now if you'd like a refund. The wings were bad, I know but there was nothing wrong with the rice. The rice is good" I again explained how I could not leave work again and that I don't even live in that area and would be off the next few days. He actually told me to hold onto the food until I could make it back in for a refund!! Horrible food and horrible customer service! 0/10 do not recommend!! Who is going to hold on to food for days, with a potential to grow bacteria etc just to get their money back?!

Please don't eat from here went there on August 16th Flys we're everywhere on the food I said something to the man about the flys on the food he replied " we can't control Flys it's the summer time. Flys r the nasty things around you could put something over the food so the Flys won't touch it he said no.
