I called to see if I could make a change to a menu item cause I had a bad experience at another location and the manager (nighty I believe she said her name was) told me to come in and gave me a free one that was perfect. Only Dairy Queen I'm going to.

I just had the most amazing experience here!!! I ordered a burger and some fries (which were really really yummy btw) and i went up to pay and realized i forgot my card:( i asked one of the cashiers if it was okay if i ran back to my house to go get my card and came back and paid and picked it up and she said no problem! but then, the manager, Angel, such an amazing a kind woman, came to the window and told me it was okay and to have a great day the lady that took my order at the speaker was extremely nice as well!! overall just amazing people that work there, DQ is definitely my go-to spot!!!!

Went to drive thru for pick up of doordash the gentleman said pull to first window (9:05 on 01/05/2024) guy at window keep his back to for about 3 minutes while he chatted, he then open window and hand me wrong Oder, I gave it back then he asked me what the name was and then said oh it’s not ready! Poor service!

I ordered 4 meals here, and spent a total of 41$ I asked for 2 ranch and 2 barbecue sauces they charged me .69 cents each! I had to spend almost 3$ just to get sauce that you can easily get a whole bottle of for 3$ at the store. Don’t waste your time or money here, they are joke.

Extremely slow service. Waited for a very long time and by the time we got our ice cream it was melted and fries tasted like they had been under a warming light forever. Workers yell and argue with each other. Others are laughing and not focused on working. Girl at the window spent forever just talking with the car at the window like a family reunion as the rest of us waited over 15 minutes.
