Refused to give me a free drink on my birthday. I couldn’t find the birthday reward on the app and out of the 8 people working, no one there knew how to help, cashier just shrugged me off. Starbucks is way better.

Dunkin’s idea of a large lol. When I got it, it was 98% foam. By the time I realized I couldn’t go back. Let it settle and I got half of what I paid for.

Miss Tyler the assistant manager is doing an amazing job ! The store was clean, staff was very kind & service was fast/ efficient. I knew I had to write a review when i saw how clean their bathroom was. I was traveling for a trip & stopped in. Never been here. Miss Tyler was very warm & welcoming. Will definity come back everytime I take this trip to the same place ✌️😊💛

Ever since the new store opened, the coffees have been terrible. You ask for a flavor and you get none. You ask for sugar, and you get minimal. As much as you charge for a coffee, why be so cheap with the extras? I used to go here everyday, but not anymore. GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR.

None of the young ladies working there greeted me or asked to take my order and I entered. I was the only customer. Didn’t put the sweetened vanilla in my iced coffee which is asked for, but the non sweetened.0 customer service. Aw the sign outside says workers make 20 an hour. Try a little harder.

The drive-through is ridiculous. You pull into their parking lot because there is no sign before telling you how to get into the Dunkin’ Donuts. You have to go in through the Taco Bell side. This place was horribly designed and they’re going to end up losing like 85% of their business because of how they’re located they’re literally in crime real estate on the corner, but all of this construction around their business and in their parking lot And they’re not being a sign saying drive-through here is crazy

I love their coffee and the $6 meal. They serve breakfast all day. If we're tired of burgers and fries , I go for breakfast meal here. You get the egg croissant and hash rounds and a coffee. Lately we have been buying the bacon too.
