Everyone has always been nice, however every time I go there they are out of something (even first thing in the morning) maybe the manager needs to have remedial training on inventory?

Thumbs down ?? to this hell whole. The drive thru was horrible, very bad customer service,nasty attitude and rude employees. They screwed up my coffee and it was disgusting ?. I will not come back to this location. They lost money ? and a customer. This place don't deserve stars. They need to talk to their costumers better. Florida runs on dunkin better than that dunkin ?

This might be the worst setup for a drive thru that I have ever experienced with a Dunkin Donuts. The line moves quickly however the staff couldn't care less about their jobs.

I am literally shocked at how I can order 6 different things and 5 of them are wrong.

Was inside waiting at counter for a to go coffee. Employee was cleaning dining room, we asked her if anyone was going to assist us? She said yeah just wait and continued her task. We eventually left with no acknowledgement!! Even thou the drive thru was very busy.
