Food taste good once I got everything off I didn’t ask for. The lady behind the counter decided to get mad at my wife and become sarcastic when she skipped our subs and started working on someone else and we said something. Don’t like your job; leave. There is no organization in there with people ordering, picking up mobile orders and door dash.

I am giving the Jersey Mike's in Denton 5 stars because I can't really think of any way my meal or experience could have been any better. I got a turkey and provolone sub in.a tub. Everything was super fresh. Plenty of meat and plenty of cheese. Everyone was friendly and very efficient.
Walked in and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very pleasant. Food was fresh. Will return to this location.

Jersey Mike, I’ve been buyingstuff you guys since open .This the first call in Order that I put in since you guys been in business. It was disgusted totally disgusted, I can tell bacon has been sitting around and greased and drained over it from other bacon. I brought over a 20 BLT from you guys.. This is most disgusting. I can almost take the grease from the bacon and the pieces that you put on my sandwich that I paid $20 for .inwhich i will never order again anything online . People I am telling you,best to go there and watch it being made In person. You will get the trash of the meat, the letters that is old. These people will get rid of their script, meats and stuff and put it on your topping.I Im so upset with this. Do not buy nothing from this place Jersey Mike over your cell and make sure you watch it when it being made.Just this happened 20 minutes ago like 3 o’clock 1/3/25

Our family had never been in a Jersey Mike's until about 2 weeks ago. The food was great, employees friendly and welcoming even though they were quite busy. Unfazed, they took orders, smiled and chatted with folks all while they quickly moved about preparing orders.
The fact that they have gluten free options for my son is also a big plus! GF options are very hard to find!
This afternoon, I made my 2nd visit. I was tired and quickly ran in to get dinner for my family. Again, they were all pleasant, friendly and one fella especially, brought a big smile to my face. He's all the time smiling, outgoing and funny. After a long, tiring day, I needed that pick me up too! I have nothing but good things to say. 😊
