Employees not focusing on the customers that are paying at the counter, instead they are focused on the drive-thru and order pick-ups. We were completely ignored for several minutes before taking our order. ☹
The food was awesome, as always. Food was made fast and fresh. Lobby was clean, and the second a mess even happened: an employee named "todd," or that's what i heard someone refer to him as, but he was on top of it. Todd even asked me about the food and told me to have a good day. Top notch employee who loves his job.
