I have to give this restaurant 1 star after receiving a chicken over rice that was spoiled. The meat had a terrible rotten smell when it was served to me, I politely addressed the cashier, and they made it seem like it was my fault. After requesting a refund, I was denied. This is unfortunate as I have eaten here in the past and have had no issues until now.

The gyro was OKish. The hummus was terrible, I think it was turning. First time in my life to have hummus I've had to spit out. The atmosphere was nothing special.

Type of fish you order all the fish taste the same like some type of tilapia base even when they say it's whiting so I'm not too sure if it's just a culture barrier but I don't like that about this place if I order wing I want whining if I order tilapia, I want tilapia if you don't have it, I would rather you say you don't have it and not try to fry it differentlyI just didn't enjoy this food here

Overall a great experience! Ordered "Combo" over rice (Chicken and Lamb) topped with fries, Chicken over rice, mozzarella sticks, hot wings, and hummus w/ pita bread.Both the Chicken over rice and combo over rice were great portion sizes, flavors are great and definitely remind me of all the time spent in NYC eating street foods from other Halal vendors.Mozzarella sticks and seasoned fries were the standard Sysco food but what do you expect? Fries did have a great taste and were cooked perfectly. Nothing notable about the Mozzarella sticks.. but they are mozzarella sticks, can't see even Gordon Ramsay elevating them far.Wings... Now we are talking.. I've been honestly lost for a decent wing around here for a long time. The sizes of the wings were decent. Perspective wise I'd give Dominoes wings a 1/10.. Pizza Empire maybe a 4, some days 5. These I'd give a hard 7.. size was good, heat was great, juicy and tender. Definitely want to try these a 2nd time and see if they are the same.Hummus is perfectly made and the bread is fresh and warm.Price... Honestly I'm impressed, the rice and chicken/lamb bowls for $11 is well worth it and a nice change from the humdrum pizza joint. Wings definitely stuck out to me because I've missed a decent wing around here for a long time. Hummus tastes fresh like I make at home. Definitely will return.. more than fed a family of 4 with lots of options and tastings for less than $50

Wings were not cooked through. Felt unsafe to eat. Lamb in gyro was completely covered in white sauce tossed, as it were. Lettuce, cucumber and tomato toppings were sparse and the lettuce was yellow. Not all Shah's Halal's are created equal. I've been to some that were excellent and fresh but this one was lacking.
Fat food, made very quick, but we were the only customers. Place was clean and new.

So nice I ate it twice. Passing through from Baltimore to Ocean City, I found a non burger option that wasn't pizza. Popped in 10mijs before close and the service and food did not disappoint. I was worried I might get scraps or the minimal, clocked out effort. Not so.Portion was excellent for the platter, quantity of each portion was just right and the white sauce and lamb was exceptionally tasty. After bouncing around overpriced meals on the coast I knew exactly where the return trip would detour.Midday, I popped in for a combo this time. The ?!! ? incredible flavor and the lamb again but with the green sauce. The chilies are an excellent blend just enough for a ??drip but I was able to eat it nonstop. Great stuff.I'm all over the country and halal and Mediterranean food are becoming a go-to for flavor without the heartburn of my BBQ fetish. Naz's is going on the started list and looking for other locations.This location seems rather new and if it isn't that's a testament as well then.
