We went this location yesterday I'm normally a regular here and have never had an issue until yesterday my husband and I were hungry and it was the first thing we ate all day after eating it we both within 30 mins became severely ill causing a visit to a walk in where we discovered we had food poisoning.....caution if eating here I will not be eating here again

The food is original Pizza Hut food the food has never been a problem. Since this pizza hut has been in Denton MD goin on a year now you can never get ya food delivered after 7 pm. You put in you order online and they call and always say hey we can't do delivery I have no drivers. So one week I tested them I called Monday thru Thursday just after 7 pm and I get the same speech we can't deliver tonight I have no drivers. The organization here in Denton ain't cutting it

1-Make staff answer the telephone @the store
2-provide customer service that make reward members feel appreciated
3-provide customer support via telephone to primary language of the state as an option
4-Keep DoorDash working with your stores bc they were the best part of the long wait and apologetic, and ask the store answer the telephone for me. Also, understand when the store staff is falling behind that affects DoorDash employees tips, however not in this case bc I gave them more money bc they had to wait for pizza hut staff to do their job duties. Ugh, just provide me with free food or points bc I will pick up for if I get one of those things to make up for this debacle and it’s a fairly new store making a bad impression on Dentonians! Since you’re not the one that lied to me, just know I give everyone a few chances.M

Orderd the dinner box came with the pizza breadsticks and cinnamon bread twist order took close to a hour when I came and got the orderd they decided not to cut anything except the pizza that was cut food was more or less luke warm when I got it

I am a lover of Pizza Hut but at this location it was about as bad as an experience in every way possible that you could have. Let me name some of the ways.

1st - On the pricy side $20 for what they called their Big New Yorker Pizza which was 6 regular size slices of pizza.

2nd - Small lobby full of disgruntled people. It was a poor atmosphere.

3rd - Preparation took twice as long as quoted.

4th - Not a single person handling food or packaging materials in the kitchen were wearing any gloves.

5th - Employees seemed miserable, uncaring and not the most helpful.

6th - Pizza looked like trash in a box! Not cut, seriously deformed and in no way eye appealing.

7th - We left before realizing that we did not even get what we ordered and paid for.

8th - Breadsticks were cold and not well prepared as well.

For an additional slap in the face we actually tipped them over 10% for an in store pick-up. After speaking with the manager his only recourse was to say, sorry. No refund, no coupons, no incentive to ever come back to this location of which I would not dare consider. All three strikes were giving in one visit! Your out Denton Pizza Hut. If you are considering this location do yourself a favor and avoid it. Read some of the other reviews as well. Such a shame that the Pizza Hut Corporation would let a franchise ruin their brand.

I like that we have Pizza Hut back in the area. I just really miss the ability to dine in. I went there tonight and didn't know what to order, they don't have a menu on the wall so you have to know what you want before you go in, which made it difficult because I wasn't sure what they had because things obviously change over the years. I do plan to order from there again.

Pizza was delicious and hot, staff was very friendly and hard at work, pizza was ready in an adequate amount of time, was given plates and utensils for meal upon request. Glad we stopped by. Our dogs loved their treats of a couple pieces of Italian sausage too!

Update (5/2024): We ordered from here and had it delivered. The delivery guy messed up big time and gave us someone else's order. The establishment was wonderful about it. They corrected the order (remade it and gave us free breadsticks). They have also gotten a good groove worked out. The place is still small, but they seem to have a good system in place to address supply and demand.

Original (11/2023): This is going to be set up for failure because of greed on part of ownership/management. This is too small a space for all they expect their workers to do: in person orders, phone orders, app orders, curbside, and door dash! It's a subpr experience (waiting 2 hours for pizza that should take 20-30 min and getting the wrong breadsticks) but I can only blame the workers but so much given the amount od orders they have to fill and the limited resources (ovens, pizza, space) to do it in a timely fashion. Given how expensive Pizza Hut is, probably won't be returning for at least 3 months until they can get some sort of order. Waiting 2 hours for a pizza and getting the wrong breadsticks in this inflation is just not worth it.

First visit was about 3 weeks ago, food wasn’t bad. I really like the short / skinny black man at the register (not sure if he was manager or not) he was super friendly and even brought my order out to my car when it was ready. Tried again today; order was wrong had to wait 15 minutes for it to be remade. Heavy set older man running the store. Lady making the pizzas was not wearing gloves or anything. Completely turned off by today’s visit.

The manager of the store is so kind. A very friendly and welcoming personality. I wish I knew his name, but I don’t. The pizza was delicious. My order was provided promptly. I would really love to thank the manager personally.

The gentleman who took my order and prepared the food was very pleasant and quick. The service, breadsticks and pizza took me down memory lane 30 odd years ago to a different Denton Pizza Hut. ❤️
The manager lady sitting in a corner on her phone wasn’t impressive.
