Starbucks is my absolutely favorite place to get coffee. I go several times per week but will no longer be going until they improve their service. The service is extremely slow. The staff put you on a wait 100% of time in the drive thru telling you to review the menu and they will get back with me. The wait is consistently 5 to 15 minutes even if there are no cars in front of you. I was told once if I don't like the delay then go to Dunkin Donuts.
