ordered 2 drinks, a cake pop and a breakfast sandwich this morning. stood around waiting for 20 min for someone to finally tell me they didnt have my sandwich, then waited another little bit for someone to credit me for the sandwich i already paid for. then i had to wait longer for my 2nd drink which was wrong.

I visited the area while meeting some friends, and stopped by this place. All the staff treated me with excellent service, and the cappuccino coffee was absolutely top notch I will definitely go back again!

Starbucks, so the atmosphere automatically feels judgemental and dirty. Food and drinks are good but the service SUCKS. The service is SO bad. Understaffed and have 3 people working with 1 being new. They take forever to get a drink out and when you ask where your drink is after it's been 20 minutes and you've seen them serve other people, they get rude.

This Starbucks has got to be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. No one else in line and it took me 15 minutes to get through the drive-through. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered the new pecan latte and they don’t have the milk foam, but didn’t lower the price for it being a simpler drink. How are you a Starbucks without milk foam which only ingredient is milk?
They also told a 7 year old they don’t do free tab water.

The store was absolutely dirty gross, the bathrooms were trashed and gross, and the service was appalling. We are on vacation and where I’m from every Starbucks is clean, kind and willing to work with customers. This store wouldn’t even work with my customized order that I have ordered instore 100 times at home and told me I have to order it online. Insane…
