all in all, just gross.
brown lettuce, wet, wilted spinach, soggy tomatoes (the most soggy, wet, near yellow ooze tomatoes I have seen).
several pairs of bare hands on the work counter. employees playing with their hair while at the counter. one guy tried to take his gloves off with his teeth because he was having difficulties with the sub wrapper.
supposed to be subway, eat fresh, but this place is subway, eat trash.
don't go here.

Food safety and proper handling does not appear to be a concern (the young man crafting/wrapping the subs used his teeth to remove a glove, mid-service)
Woman behind the counter yelling at the two younger employees while we’re were being served
The two younger employees acted like we were the first two customers that had ever been served - seemed like it was their first day and their manager sent them out with no training or supervision
Grown man hanging over the counter sipping a drink - not working, talking, or helping… just staring

You never expect much from a Subway inside of a Walmart… but it was a pretty off-putting experience

We arrived 30 minutes prior to close and we kicked out at 8:55pm even though we were still eating and it was not the time of close for another few minutes. We were stared at until we finally just walked out. In all the times I have ate there, the staff never kicked a customer out at 9pm. They had also put 80% of the ingredients needed to make subs away with a line of people waiting.

I ordered on my app for a 12pm pick up. Once I arrived I went to the counter to pick up my orders like I usually do. I had more than 1 on this day, I asked 1 of the guy employees if I could get a cup of banana peppers for my order. He said sure what’s the name, I told him and he provided me with the peppers. Very nice and friendly guy. I started to retrieve my items from the counter and I went to put the additional bag of chips that I ordered in the bag. Out of nowhere this lady employee starts telling me that chips are already in the bag, I advised her that it was for my other order. She continued to speak to me in an aggressive tone stating that she told me my order wasn’t ready yet. I stated that she never said that and all she mentioned were the chips. She starts to yell at me and say I said it 3 times. I told her she did not and to not yell at me. I backed away from the counter and waited for my order to be complete. She slammed my cup on the counter and I asked was my order ready, she stated yes. I then say were you going to let me know and she begins to yell again. We said take care, I told her no you didn’t. She then yells at her coworkers saying OMG did we not say that?! I told her that there was no reason for her to continue to yell at me. She stated I’m not doing this with you, people like you! This establishment truly needs an overhaul of new employees. To make things worse she stated she was a manager. I am truly disappointed at the bad service that I received when I just went in to pick up my lunch.

Love subway but on two occasions I have mobile ordered & picked up. Double & triple checked that bag to make sure it was my name & the sandwich I ordered was listed. Get back to work ready to eat & discover an entirely different sandwich. Tried to eat it anyways because I didn’t have time to go back but was not good at all. Can’t file any complaint on the app, you have to call the store directly which is very inconvenient

Made a mobile order for pickup said ready at 6:15 went in to the store because it said ready. Wasn’t ready until 6:35 wasted 20 minutes as I watched other people walk up and order. Came home and they didn’t add the cookies in the bag. Terrible service, never again.

The guys working here are fantastic. Seriously better service than at most restaurants. Always smiling, super friendly, and genuinely wants to make their customers happy. I’ve worked in restaurants before and these guys take food safety more serious than most establishments… always cleaning all the surfaces etc.. They also build the sandwiches with such care, making sure everything is perfect. Thank you guys for your hard work, you all are going places!

Stopped here on my lunch break so I had multiple orders for my co workers. By far the worst customer service ever!! The sandwich builder was extremely rude. Tried to add an ingredient that wasn’t asked for and when I told him about it he replied “it’s just cheese” yes, but no one asked for that! He then attempted to “pick it off” leaving a lot of it behind but telling me “I removed it” I told him that I can clearly still see that it’s mad cheese still on there he very rudely suggested making me a new one. Then when I asked him why he’d put ranch dressing on top of the pizza BEFORE toasting it he again very rudely replied “this is not even something that we do it’s a tiktok thing”!! Smh then to top it off he gave me the box and it was absolutely disgusting. It had ranch all over it, pieces of food etc! Horrible experience I will not be returning

I will never go back to this establishment, which is a sad because I work next door. I asked for my sub to be made into a chopped salad.......I had about 7 pcs. of spinach and half the ingredients that were supposed to be in the salad. The salad was not chopped. Complete disappointment. He also short changed me close to $2.
This place is a joke! Poor service. Poor everything really!
Tried to buy subs at 5:30pm. No meatballs. Only 2 footlong rolls. Why are you even open?
