Sylvia is the best, I typically do walk in because I feel bad being an abled bodied man doing curbside, but she’s so friendly and enjoys the break from the chaos inside! Fast service with a smile.
McDonald’s is McDonald’s but the service makes this location special and I come to this one versus Flower Hill because the safety and food is night and day better.

I had such a great experience at the McDonald’s on 7200 Muncaster Mill Rd in Derwood! The restaurant was spotless and very well-maintained, which made the atmosphere so enjoyable. The associates were hands-on, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I live in North Bethesda, but this has quickly become my preferred location because of how consistently welcoming and well-run it is.
All of the staff was wonderful, but I especially want to recognize Sylvia and Jayden for their excellent service and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. This location truly stands out, and I’ll definitely be coming back often!

I have had some very nice experiences here but that was before I saw the visible mold growing on the outside of the ice and soda machine. I informed the staff and they did not care. I checked back a week and a half later and it’s still filthy. I don’t even want to know how gross the hygiene is in the back

Placed a mobile order for hungry kids in the car. It was not busy and we were the only car waiting for curbside. Another car pulled in and they immediately brought our food to the other car. The other car brought us the food since they knew it wasn’t theirs. We never got the drinks. Had to go inside anyway to get those and once we arrived home to eat 3 of the 4 meals were incorrect. Very frustrating!
