Sylvia is the best, I typically do walk in because I feel bad being an abled bodied man doing curbside, but she’s so friendly and enjoys the break from the chaos inside! Fast service with a smile.
McDonald’s is McDonald’s but the service makes this location special and I come to this one versus Flower Hill because the safety and food is night and day better.

I had such a great experience at the McDonald’s on 7200 Muncaster Mill Rd in Derwood! The restaurant was spotless and very well-maintained, which made the atmosphere so enjoyable. The associates were hands-on, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I live in North Bethesda, but this has quickly become my preferred location because of how consistently welcoming and well-run it is.
All of the staff was wonderful, but I especially want to recognize Sylvia and Jayden for their excellent service and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. This location truly stands out, and I’ll definitely be coming back often!

I have had some very nice experiences here but that was before I saw the visible mold growing on the outside of the ice and soda machine. I informed the staff and they did not care. I checked back a week and a half later and it’s still filthy. I don’t even want to know how gross the hygiene is in the back

Placed a mobile order for hungry kids in the car. It was not busy and we were the only car waiting for curbside. Another car pulled in and they immediately brought our food to the other car. The other car brought us the food since they knew it wasn’t theirs. We never got the drinks. Had to go inside anyway to get those and once we arrived home to eat 3 of the 4 meals were incorrect. Very frustrating!

Stop here for breakfast. The ladies working are professional and polite. My breakfast sandwiches have always been really good, too

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and the worst experience. I will never spend money here again. I had a family emergency, was locked out of my car after shopping in the shopping center. I’d called AAA, but shortly after my phone died. I rushed to McDonald’s after purchasing a phone charger but didn’t have a charging block for the cord. I had several bags, an 8pack of tissue, and an 8pack of paper towels. I walked in waiting for someone to come to counter. The registers had been abandoned. Several workers looked at me without saying a word. One worker walked past me from behind the counter and headed outside. About 7 mins later, someone asked are you waiting for something? I asked for the manager, and expressed my disappointment after standing there without any assistance. The person who then approached me was an older Latina women who I assume was the manager. I begged her for a charger or at least a block so that my phone could at least turn on and AAA would be able to reach me. There was a charger on the wall charging an IPAD. She said no to everything! Treated me as if I was nothing. I begged her. Her kept saying no, I’m sorry I can’t help you. This is for our store. I said “you can take the phone and put it on your charger for one minute to allow the phone to power on, I don’t need you to remove it from the wall or anything.” She still said “no, I’m sorry, I can’t help you.” I then explained that I had two children waiting for me and couldn’t believe how she was tearing me. She became very nasty at that point and began shooing me out of the store repeatedly saying “bye bye, I can’t help you, bye!” 😡😡 I’m sorry to say but I definitely gave her a piece of my mind and hope she reaps what she’s down. I’ve never felt so disrespected, and disregarded. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. I don’t want anyone with this energy touching nor preparing my food. Y’all be careful. I wouldn’t give this place a dime!
