Horrible customer service…guy wasn’t willing to work with me after I made a mistake with my order…second time…won’t be back. Confusing menu…too much going on in there.

I've frequented this Rita's several times. For the most part, I've had a positive experience. However, this most recent time (8/6/23, around 3:30pm), I ordered a mango misto and found a disgusting, moldy green object in my beverage. I don't know if it's something that was growing on the misto maker, or it came from somewhere else, but I've ordered and consumed enough mistos to know this is not normal. Crazy how one poor experience can overwrite a handful of positive experiences, but I will no longer be going to this Rita's.

I loved Rita's ice cream all these years. However I just ordered a small one right now and paid almost $6 for it. The amount of the ice cream decreased but the price increased. I don't think this is right but if this is the new standard then this is really bad. I hope that this will be corrected. Thank you.

The team at this location was extremely helpful, communicative, and easy to work with for a corporate catering order. They talked through options to ensure our event was a success and most importantly, that Italian Ice was easy to serve and didn't melt if left out for some time. Will be working with them again in the future.
Quick service and place was nice and clean. Just little expensive compared to other Rita's

After a hard game my son wanted Rita’s… he was still sad from losing but the guy at the window was so nice. When we got back to the car he said “that guy was so nice to me and we have to come back to visit him.” I don’t know when we will be back in this area but we will definitely visit this location.
