I went to Wendy's today around 7:30. The manager was rude and very disrespectful, giving me a nasty eye.

This location has good food, friendly staff, and a nice indoor environment, however it has a fatal flaw: There is constantly loud, ear-piercing beeping at this location. That is not hyperbole, the beeping NEVER stops. I assume the beeping is coming from the kitchen and is supposed to indicate when food is finished cooking, but what was the point of this location having a big design renovation a few years ago if you make it impossible to customers to eat in peace and quiet? Upper management needs to look into this beeping and put a stop to it.

The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. However…. Terrible service! First, they got my order wrong and when I noticed on my receipt as I was waiting for my order, I brought it to their attention. The lady with the hijab said she would tell the cook. I went back out to my car, waited, and when my food was brought to me, I checked it. Sure enough, they didn’t fix it. Not only that, but when I thought about going back in there to get the correct sandwich, she locked the lobby door so I wasn’t able to go back in if I wanted. Keep in mind, I had been nothing but nice to them and I have two toddlers that are hungry too.

Absolutely terrible service. It was 1 a.m., and one lady—who could barely speak English but was very nice—tried to help us. The real problem was the other one who actually took our order. She completely screwed it up—didn’t ring up the Frosty we ordered, didn’t apply the deal we specifically asked for, and basically made us pay more for less food.

When we pointed it out, she wasn’t apologetic at all. Instead, she just kept repeating, “So do you want a Frosty or not?” Like, are you serious? That’s not the point. I don’t want the Frosty anymore—you should have the basic respect for your job and your customers to own up to your mistake and apologize. Messing up an order happens, but the bare minimum is to show some accountability.

Awful service. It should not take 20 minutes to take a dine in order. They prioritize the drive through over dine in which is backwards. I come here almost everyday for lunch.

This place is horrible. The woman in drive-thru isn’t professional and the manager Talianah (the manager) is even worse. I would suggest training in customer service for the woman in the drive-thru window and for the manager as well.

Every single time that I go to this location, my entire order is wrong. They never follow the order on my receipt when ordering online, and instead of correcting it to give me that for which I've already paid, they try to argue or charge me again.

I also have an egg allergy, and getting them to make my food correctly is a nightmare. I have to get my food remade two or three times, every single time.

I ABHOR THIS LOCATION!
