They always have a wait it doesn’t matter the time of day you go. I’ve had to leave out of the drive through line twice and I’ve only been twice to this location. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Easter my time and gas I’m pissed.

Came here to get the Krabby patty meal and she didn't give me the small frosty that comes with it. Said something about the combo I said the meal she should have asked if I wanted the small frosty or not. She said she substituted for the drink that I didn't kno comes with it. Wendys has to be more clear cause I wanted to try the frosty. And I waited in line for a very long time just to not get the frosty.

I went to the drive-through at 9pm on 9/27/24 and encountered an incredibly rude staff member who acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience. I was one of two cars there and there was no foot traffic. After I received my sandwich, I realized they had not put the lettuce and tomatoe I had requested on it and gave it back only to receive a sandwich drowned in mayonnaise with one wilted nearly rotten leaf of lettuce. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Waited in drive up for 23 minutes with 2 cars ahead. Most cars just turned off their engines. This isn't the 1st time! They apparently need some management directions in order to run smoother.

Ordered a Chicken sandwich with no mayo and chili cheese fries through Uber eats on 9/14/24 at 1:30pm. Got a burger drowning in mayo and a cup of chili instead. Order was completely incorrect and went straight in the trash. Waste of time and money.

After standing as the only person in front of the counter for 5 minutes and having the manager look at me 3 times without acknowledging my presence. I made her aware that she looked at me 3 times with no acknowledgement. I wished her a good day and drove to Burger King 1.1 miles away. 8
