The food tasted as if it had been sitting for some time. It took a great deal of time before anyone answers the drive-thru.

Absolutely terrible service. It was 1 a.m., and one lady—who could barely speak English but was very nice—tried to help us. The real problem was the other one who actually took our order. She completely screwed it up—didn’t ring up the Frosty we ordered, didn’t apply the deal we specifically asked for, and basically made us pay more for less food.
When we pointed it out, she wasn’t apologetic at all. Instead, she just kept repeating, “So do you want a Frosty or not?” Like, are you serious? That’s not the point. I don’t want the Frosty anymore—you should have the basic respect for your job and your customers to own up to your mistake and apologize. Messing up an order happens, but the bare minimum is to show some accountability.

Awful service. It should not take 20 minutes to take a dine in order. They prioritize the drive through over dine in which is backwards. I come here almost everyday for lunch.

This place is horrible. The woman in drive-thru isn’t professional and the manager Talianah (the manager) is even worse. I would suggest training in customer service for the woman in the drive-thru window and for the manager as well.

Every single time that I go to this location, my entire order is wrong. They never follow the order on my receipt when ordering online, and instead of correcting it to give me that for which I've already paid, they try to argue or charge me again.
I also have an egg allergy, and getting them to make my food correctly is a nightmare. I have to get my food remade two or three times, every single time.
I ABHOR THIS LOCATION!

Ordered ahead of time via mobile app and still had to wait by the door for 10 mins after ordering 20 mins prior on top of it not even being busy…missing items as well as specific instructions ignored which also costed me money…. This place has horrible customer service and when I spoke to a manager over the phone. She told me “ I don’t know what to do”? What do you mean??? You’re the manager that’s what you’re trained for!! Do better Wendy’s

Ordered food when it arrived, my order was wrong how does someone confuse a chocolate frosty with an ice coffee? The food was cold and disgusting, it seemed like it was made a long time ago and it definitely wasn't fresh. Absolutely a waste of my money!!!

Had to repeat myself 3 times in the drive through, then when I got to the window found out that the kids meal I ordered somehow got turned into meal combo #1. With that fixed, got my food and got home just to find out that absolutely no fries were in the bag (supposed to be two medium fries) and in their place was a single cheeseburger I never ordered. Tried calling but they never answer the phone. Utterly useless location.
