The chicken is very dry and overcooked. I had to throw away about 75% of my meal. Totally inedible
The food was delicious! The goat was so tender - better than roast beef. You always get your money's worth there.
I can never eat everything in one meal... always have enough for the next day. Yummo!
Service is ok, but it could be better if they smiled instead of looking like they're frustrated about something or the customer was bothering them when you're placing an order. Remember, guys' attitude plays an important part when dealing with people, period. You never know who's in front of you requesting and paying for your services.
Very warm and friendly staff. Very clean, and the food is absolutely delicious.
The pattys dont taste the same and the portions are very inconsistent
I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from a Jamaican restaurant that I had high hopes for, but my order proved to be nothing short of a culinary disaster. From the moment I placed my order, the red flags were waving. First off, the customer service was excruciatingly poor when I called to inquire on the soup (which I really needed). When I attempted to ask about the soup options, I was told curtly that it wasn’t available on the UberEats menu. This was frustrating as I had seen it listed in their offerings prior to ordering. It felt like I was talking to a wall; no effort was made to accommodate my request or explain why it wasn’t available. Instead, I was met with indifference. Alas, the issues didn’t stop there. I specifically stated NO gravy when placing my order. It’s a simple enough request, especially considering how many people dislike their food drenched in sauce. Yet, when my order arrived, it was swimming in a pool of gravy that completely overpowered the flavors of the dish. It was a shockingly blatant oversight that left me bewildered and disappointed. To make matters worse, I discovered that I didn’t even receive all of my order. After eagerly waiting to dig into my meal, I found myself shortchanged. It was as if the restaurant had decided to play a cruel game of “guess what you didn’t get.” Missing items ( no drink, no rice for my overpriced brown stew snapper) can happen, of course, but the lack of attention to detail and care for the customer was palpable. In summary, my experience with this Jamaican restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. Poor customer service, inability to accommodate special requests, and incomplete orders resulted in a truly frustrating encounter. I left with no desire to return, feeling cheated out of both my money and my time. If you’re looking for an enjoyable dining experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This establishment surely has a long way to go in order to improve.

this is not my first time at this establishment, I ordered on Door Dash,
My food came fast, and I ordered Sault fish and ackee. I didn't expect it to come with rice peas and cabbage. I also ordered the Jerk BBQ wings and the Jerk sandwich. The food was good, but they left my cake out.. I called and he told me I could pick up my cake..but I paid delivery fees and other fees ugh..i digress!

The food is garbage. Wasted my money buying from this place. I order a brown stew chicken for delivery, when it came the chicken is white, the rice is hard, the gravy is long and full of sugar.

So, the first few words that immediately comes to mind are massive portions and affordable.
For my introductory meal to Caribbean Grill, I decided on the Goat Roti. In my opinion, the Goat Roti was basically two servings, which was approximately $15 (a win). As it relates to taste, for me, I was expecting a little bit my flavoring and succulent-ness (lol I know it's not a word) of the goat with more potatoes on the inside of the roti. But overall, it was okay.
I will definitely be open to trying another dish (when I am in the area) to make another assessment of the Caribbean Grill.

If you’re looking for real Authentic Caribbean taste. Then this is NOT the place for you. Bland, unseasoned …. Gives grocery store Lawry curry / jerk marinade vibes … just no!
Not real Jamaicans how can you sell naturally flavored sorrel . Better off going to D&L Caribbean down the street
