I was in the neighborhood recently and excited to discover Dodah’s Vegan Kitchen. As someone who is plant-based/vegan, I was eager to give it a try. I ordered the sides platter, choosing the mushroom salad as my main side along with the sweet kale salad and collard greens. Every dish was flavorful, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. I had leftovers for a couple of days, which was great.

Food was delicious and fresh. I had the fried oyster mushrooms and they came out steaming hot and crunchy. I don’t eat fried food often and they were so good! I had the collard greens; they had just the right amount of seasoning with a slight vinegar taste that was scrumptious. Last I had my favorite, cabbage! They mixed it in with sliced peppers and onions. I love cabbage and served peppery like this is soo yummy!

Went there this past weekend and tried them for the first time!!! Was greeted soon as I walked in. A tough bag lady that was waiting for her order said I had to try the seafood Mac and cheese and she wasn’t wrong. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 The good brother running the store also let me try a few other sides. All were amazing so I had to choose but I wanted to try all of them. I got the vegan drumettes, with the vegan ribs, seafood Mac and cheese and the collard greens. All tasted AMAZING!!!!...
