Terrible experience. Customer service was unprofessional and very disrespectful from the cashier. Waited at least 30 minutes for my order. Pork chops were dry and hard. Will never go there again!!!!

We ordered takeout. NEVER AGAIN. The greens are HORRIBLE. They have a bitter and soicy taste to them. Complete disappointment. The meatloaf were these thin slices. If I wasnt hungry, I wouldnt have even put my fork in it from how it looked. The mac and cheese is dry. Catfish is salty. Even the juice we got wasnt all that great.

I recently ordered from here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered the oxtails, and they were terrible. The meat was overwhelmingly fatty, with more fat than actual meat in every piece. It honestly tasted like it had been prepared months ago. I also ordered the fried whiting, which was just okay—not great, but not terrible either. The sides were the only redeeming part of the meal; they were good. Overall, I was really let down by the oxtails and the whiting. Would not recommend based on this experience.

When I came in the establishment, there were staff arguing with an elderly customer over $1.75. Then I ordered the pork chop platter, I wanted yams, they didn’t have yams, cool. Then they bring out this long list of items they didn’t have. After waiting for about 20 minutes and my order was ready they told me they didn’t have any more gravy. This was probably my first and last time going there. It was disorganized and have a couple rude staff members. Not all.
We like to get breakfast on the weekends. But lately the food has been bad. The salmon cakes have no flavor. The potatoes are either too mushy or overcooked and barely flavor as well. The fried apples always come mushy or way to sweet never just right. This has been consistent now. The big guy in the back just can’t cook sorry.

Now LORD way the me and my auntie Kim use to come get fried chicken sandwiches on a bun. Just chicken now no bag no nothing and the level of customer service on this here good Sunday is Horrible. I would not recommend eating here. Yesterday I ordered ox tails, Mac and cheese and yams. Today, I have food poisoning. The oxtails were barely edible as they were covered in fat. Would rather eat a Jean jacket than to ever get food from the place again.

The food was delicious, I mean finger licking delicious. The salmon cakes are the best I've tasted since my momma. The yams and greens were so dam tasty. My husband said the potato salad was great his fish was fresh and just right. I shared our experience with my co-workers, now we are going back for lunch today... Yum Yum
