I had to order my meal through uber eats because they said they wouldn't deliver to me. The uber driver was never given the full order and when it was delivered I called the pizza hut to tell them that I was missing part of the order. The employee put me on hold without saying anything and then came back on and said she gave it to the driver in a bag and I had to contact uber. So I did so and talked with the driver and she told me she was never given that portion of the order and she apologized. I called pizza hut back because obviously my wife and I are hungry and attempted to eat the pizza that did make it here. This pizza has got to be the absolute worst I have ever had! It has no sauce and some burnt areas on the bottom of it. I called the pizza hut and tried to ask them to make it right and send it to me. They refused to do so. He said if I drove to him he would remake it. I am in a hotel with my wife and all I have is a semi truck and can't drive that over there. He then said I was trying to change my story about the messed up order and I explained no I didn't receive some items but I would like him to make it the right way and send it to me. He then became rude and no longer could hold a conversation and insisted on over talking me getting more loud and rude as the conversation was going. He was on speaker phone so my wife heard everything. My wife then said to him sir you need to lower your voice and he hung up! The absolute worse food and service I have ever encountered in my life. I never write reviews but I feel this is one worth my time! They need to understand that I had a choice of who to order from and it very well might be papa John's in the future,.But it won't be pizza hut and I will encourage others not to buy from this horrible restaurant

We normally once a week for lunch get pizza hut personal pans because everyone eats their pizza differently

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a Pizza multiple toppings and it was missing the meatballs. I was in a hurry and didn't checked the pizza in stores and they didn't showed it to me like the store in Clinton. Although ordered 8 boneless chicken and only got 6 1/2. Never will I go there again.

Delivery took 1.5 hours, driver said what's up man, handed me a cold pizza, runs across my lawn to his car blasting music, the order was wrong and short food, did not get a receipt. I call the store, no answer. I go to the store, the place is filthy and the manager on duty is worthless. I will NEVER go back or order from there again. (I never give reviews btw but this experience warrants one)
